cazhinq Posted January 16 #1 Posted January 16 I checked my e-mail today and once again Stake sent a fake bonus after it just happened last week. This time it was for "climbing the Stake VIP ladder". Of course when I tried claiming the bonus it didnt work and I contacted chat support just to find out its a "accident". I dont know who is working in that team but Eddie should check if they are competent enough to do their job. As it just happened last week as well. I dont really care about not getting the bonus more so about the fact that it happened twice in two weeks and thats ridiculous. DEDONGO and lekeboshnjaku 1 1

The fact that they closed a discussion thread on this topic speaks volumes about the transparency and respect they have for us consumers. This is a huge scandal. Regardless of how much influence they have on each of us, the problem is that we are constantly being ridiculed by them and we can't do anything but complain. As a long-time player, since 2022 and platinum 3, the only thing we can do is express our complaints here on the forum. But if they're censoring us now, it means they want to hide something, zero transparency.

MsKat444 Posted January 16 #11 Posted January 16 Yeah, I got the same email and was excited to receive it. But, of course, as most of you have also experienced, it was invalid. I didn't realize there was an issue until I saw the mass statement from Stake staff. The last month and a half has been brutal, so I haven't been playing much. A bonus would have been neato right now.

And I'm not saying this because I wanted the usual $200 for the climb, or even more: I'm outraged that no one knows what they're doing, trying to buy us with these scams and other stupid tricks. Stake.com has been dead for a couple of years now, and I'm sorry because I've had a great time so far. But honestly, I want to play with transparency and fairness.

With the "correction" email they made me even more pissed since it was only 5$ at plat 2 30%. At that point I honestly would prefer nothing
