I can understand that mistakes happen. 
A second email mistake in as many weeks. 
What I cannot stand, or accept, is the gaslighting and pr bullshit.

 

so another email was sent to “correct” the link.. and the amount.. was $25

a staggering difference from my previous ladder up bonus of $500

i could have accepted another apology email saying we are sorry, here’s $25.

 

but what grinds my gears is the fact that they used this “bonus” to cover up their mistake and send a ladder up bonus in the amount of $25.. 

So this is obviously a way to save face / reduce damage..

Like I said I could have accepted an apology email.. but this “bonus” raises 2 issues 

1) if this is a genuine ladder up bonus and the amount is a reward for my gameplay, patronage and money , then $500 to $25 is a reflection of how much I am valued 

 

2) this is not a genuine ladder up bonus.. and it should be deemed as dishonest and untrustworthy.. two things you do not want associated with a company that handles billions of our money 


the experience is not a good one now, from the saturation of hundreds of new slot games and affiliations(which affects rtp) , to the increasing number of players but not matching to the number or amount of bonuses on streams or claims ..

to the cringeworthy and rage inducing ai generated pr responses of the support team..to the unbelievable gaslighting done by everyone involved 

to this ladder up debacle
