I am not here to request you to unban me but i am sure that those INDIAN MODERATORS are biased and have grudges with me that's why i keep on getting muted for no fucking reason . I think stake chat is for chatting anf for sharing bets . So why the fuck U indian moderators keep on banning me for Low quality chat when all the moterfuckers out there begging and rain farming why i got ban than those shit ass people taking just a random shit in chat for rains ? INDIAN CHAT Room is dead and makes no sense . the people discussing there is no Relavent things still got no ban but for me its direct mute for no reason . This is low quality chat that i am doing here But INDIAN moderators need to understand difference between low quality chat as those are rain farmers . Honestly, I’m done with this dull grey theme and the typography since the recent update — it’s even worse now. Why doesn’t Stake try to make the site more alive and engaging? Where’s the Day/Night mode? Where are the colorful emojis? Why not have live, interactive theme displays? Imagine if the screen popped with colors or had special animations when you hit a great or max win — something fun, creative, and worth celebrating! Does anyone else feel the same way? I’ve noticed a common issue — many Bronze or lower-level users say that Stake support doesn’t respond properly to them. Recently, a Bronze user under my code lost his mobile phone and couldn’t log in because of 2FA. I contacted support to ask what can be done in such a case. The support agent wasted around 5 minutes before telling me to “message from the Bronze ID.” But how can someone message from their account if they can’t log in because of 2FA? After another few minutes, I finally got a proper answer — but only after a 10-minute chat. My simple question is: why do some support staff act like they don’t understand basic issues? Why can’t they give direct and logical answers right away? If anyone else has faced similar problems with Stake support, especially for Bronze users, please share your experience.
