Plat 3 vs plat 4 bday amount equal ????

*caveats********
1.  is that I am 99.99% I received 200 for bday bonus as plat 3 bc I did not get email and am still not receiving bday emails:(. 
2.  Major email issue on marketing end that prevented me from climbing ladder email bonuses for 16 months despite daily, weekly and constant support inquiries and host inquiries asking them to check with marketing about my account bc clearly something wrong.  Only when I got transferred to Nicholas as Host was anything done, was blown off by support and first host bc neither checked in with marketing.  Nicholas amd marketing team found 6 bonuses ladder emails that I never got and “fixed” issue so I started getting marketing emails.  I got 100 credited to vault for each of the 6 ladder bonuses I didn’t receive, despite a few definitely would have been 200-400.  I was still happy… felt vindicated for being told countless times nothing was wrong with account.

Now:

*bday was 21st and still not getting bday emails bonus.  So now I’m worried same email issue is back!
* I got transferred to new host one day before bday, new host gave me a lousy 50 sc for bday and another lousy 50 for bday email not received:(
* as a plat 3 last year I got 200 for bday so how can plat 4 with  two bday bonus sources be less or … than when plat 3???

*  I can only find 100 received as plat 3 for bday but I know it was 200 so for arguments sake it was 100 why would bday amount be equal to what I received while plat3???

*the day after I get new host, my bday, my old host drops monthly boost!

so now it’s 7 weeks since last vip monthly boost

 

What a disappointing bday, lose best host, miss monthly booster, got less or equal to bday bonus as a plat 3 now plat 4, still waiting for monthly boost and thinking I’m missing out on other promo email bonuses bc after 3 years not received one bday email so whatever issue plagued my account that marketing fixed is now plagues my account again:(   
 

 

not trying to be a cry baby but it was a sad series of events from stake.us around my bday:(   I always defend stake in chat and stake is great no A1 needed here but during my birthday something was off.    We all have off days so stake please fix my email issue, look into bonus amount, new host monthly boost and please don’t ever transfer vip players to another host one day before their bday:(

During this time were you receiving other emails or only ladder bonus emails were missing? I have never ever received single ladder email and I am platinum 3 with 90% to platinum 4

I think that is same. That is only bonuses for stake players

Am also Plat 3 and have never gotten any climbing ladder Bonus, and my Birthday Bonus was 25$ 3 Times in a row.
