No-Bake Cheesecake 🍰

Ingredients:
200g biscuits 
100g melted butter
300g cream cheese
100g sugar
200ml heavy cream (or whipping cream)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Fruit topping or jam (strawberry, blueberry, etc.)


Instructions:


Make the base:
Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
Press into the bottom of a pan or dish. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.


Prepare the filling:
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Whip the cream
In another bowl, whip the cream until thick, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.


Assemble
Spread the filling over the chilled base.
Put in the fridge for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
Add toppings and enjoy!
