Forum spam+withdraw again and again and again abuse? Limits good idea?

Well, there will no abuse since every post needs to have some quality for the appropriate reward. I mean thats the main idea for forum rewards, to have people awarded for their job, so since that's a kind of a job why would it have a higher withdrawal limit, while even if a post is a spam one it gets deleted.
