Mobile entry on giveaways.

Good day stakers! I would like to ask for any opinions or clarifications about my problem. Because most of the time im using mobile phone to play. Im in doubt regarding my entries on giveaways like providing screenshots on your winning bet. I cant provide a single screen shot including the bet i.d as well as the game image. That's why im providing multiple screenshots everytime I make an entry. 1st one was on roulette challenge, I was disqualified because I double my entry 1 was on mobile and the other one was on computer.  Im indoubt with my mobile entry thats why I resorted on creating another entry via laptop. I also ask the support if whether my mobile entry was valid but I did'nt received any clearer response, they just told me that I was disqualified on double entry. And the next one is this 1st day challenge on blackjack. Am curious whether my entry is valid or not.

no giveaway needs you to post a screenshot. the betID is enough

Actually all you just require is posting the BetID as Support would go through all the betIDs anyways to verify the bets in compliance to the challenges requirements.

Well, in that case. You can ask me or someone who capable to see your recent bets. Maybe they will fixed it in the next Stake 2.0.

I always screenshot the bet's fairness, not the bet. I am doing it on auto and just check the history to check whether I did have a good entry or not and then click on the fairness and screenshot it. By now my entries were valid, so you might try it as well  And when it comes to double entries, it was your fault that you've posted twice, you have the edit button that you can always use, don't post twice..

I guess what the support meant by " Double entry " is that you entered with two alt accounts not because if wrong screenshot in my opinion.

hi @Lestat- you have entered the challenge with two accounts, that's why you were disqualified. 

having alt accounts is prohibited in the forum. you have been given a warning points regarding that one too.
