Does Stake do a good job at supporting its playerbase?

I know oftentimes players tend to use forum more often as a chance to voice complaints/suggestions to support and admin of Stake. 

In this case, I have to point out that Stake has done a tremendous job of continually upgrading and changing both the gameplay and the 'perks' of being a part of the Stake community. 

Between all the challenges, contests, rainbot, forum posting and other activities here online....i think that they have done a lot to show that the players here are a valued part of Stake.

to be honest live support is fantastic and most players would agree.. they actually go beyond their duties expectations.. a big plus is interaction with players in chat..

Well at first Stake as a casino for its job is perfect with their support team, moderators team and other members.

Stake has many competitions, giveaways, challenges, and many many other things that are helpful for the players and itself.

Of course every casino has a house edge percent where it gets profits from there but it allows you too to make your own profit if you know how to play.

If you play safe and smart you can get good profits aswell but most of the people are addicted at first either I and we play risky most of the time so we get busted and we think that Stake has cheated on us, but nope that’s not true.

As you see Stake has some sesional challenges, competitions too. Like for halloween, christmas which Stake is allowing us nowadays for 25 days to complete daily challenges and get paid from them, there is a Bonus 500k sats too at the end if you have completed all 25 challenges too that’s helpful and generous from the Stake, etc etc etc.

I totally agree on what you said wyj, aside from a lot of giveaways , their live support puts them on the top!

i believe stake really care about their player base other wise they wouldn't do so much giveaways and random tipping's so yeah they most definitely do a good ass job for there players

The giveaways and forum pay per post are food at supporting the players.. but also benifits stake.. so its not like those are mainly to support its players.. and there has been times where i felt like our opinions did not matter or even worth responding to. You may voice them, but that doesnt mean they care. But then you get a few people here at stake who does make you feel supported and heard, that you do matter and a valued member of the community here at stake. So 50/50.. yes and no..

Of course! I always thought stake is the best when it comes to the player base support. Stake has a really responsive staff, that's always there for every single question we have for them and will respond 24/7 almost immediately, they also do A LOT but A LOT of giveaways/challenges/trivia where everybody can win some money. Also, Stake has the PPP feature, which also helps us gain even MORE because we're greedy and always want MORE.  And one more thing would be that Stake always listens to its users and make updates based on their requests. Who does that? There's no website there that listens just as Stake does. (they can't add them all overnight, but they will surely add everything after a lot of work)

So if there is someone to say Stake doesn't support his users... You deserve a big combination of F-Y words.

Yes stake does work very hard to keep most of the players happy.  I know a lot of us complain a lot about things at Stake but at the end of the day this site gives away a ton back to its players and for that I am grateful. Thank you Stake.
