Totally not satisfied with stake getting reducing bonus mail every mon

Hello stake support team,

I am not satisfied with you service well I am platinum 1 and from June, August, September, November, December and this month February I had got mails of reducing bonus.

I have given my recent statistics and on base of this small wagger I even get worse 30 days bonus ban.

This is not fair going through bad phase and still you guys give this.
