[13.02.2026.] Originals Challenge Part 3 -

I am writing to formally voice my dissatisfaction regarding the "Originals Challenge Part 3" posted on 13.02.2026, and the subsequent unprofessional behavior from the moderation team. 

The initial requirement for this challenge was to hit a 23,000x multiplier on Mines with a Bet ID ending in 6. Compared to all previous games this was very hard terms of difficulty. While I understand challenges are meant to be difficult, this was statistically unrealistic and it doesnt fit the "Originals Challenge" format.

Based on the official post, I spent $14.00 attempting to hit this multiplier. Shortly after many users pointed out the absurdity of the requirement, the challenge was edited to a more reasonable target of 379x.  Because the challenge was changed after I had already invested funds into the "impossible" version, I am requesting a refund of the $14.00 spent during the period before the requirements were corrected.

The most disappointing part of this experience was the reaction from the moderation staff, specifically MarkoCo. Instead of acknowledging the community's valid concerns regarding the balance of the challenge, this moderator began complaining about the users. Comments were made suggesting that the staff "don't like the players who complain" because we provide feedback on poorly structured challenges. As a loyal player and community member, I find it unacceptable to be insulted or looked down upon by a moderator for pointing out a clear error in challenge design.

We participate in these challenges to build the community and have fun. Hostility from staff members when mistakes are pointed out discourages player participation and hurts the forum's atmosphere.

The Originals Live Challenge was recently introduced by the Community Managers.

As it is still in the initial phase, balancing the difficulty level with the prize value can be challenging.

Sometimes the challenge is completed within 10 bets, while at other times it takes longer than usual.

As these challenges are still evolving, some inconsistencies are understandable.

Participation in live challenges is optional, and you may skip any challenge that doesn’t seem worthwhile.

During an active challenge, unnecessary messages and invalid bets are not permitted, any queries can be raised once the challenge is completed.

You can’t clap with one hand, cooperation and understanding are required from both sides to make the challenge successful.

bruh its been a whole month of 3 daily challenges when i posted this. how long it takes to evolve?

As mentioned previously, participation in these challenges is entirely voluntary. Since no one is obligated to take part, and the decision to join is made individually, we’re unfortunately not able to process a refund.

Regarding my behavior, I would like to sincerely apologize if it was perceived in a negative way. It was never my intention to offend anyone, create discomfort, or cross any boundaries. My aim at the time was simply to maintain a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. If my approach came across differently, I truly regret that and appreciate your understanding.
