Ladder or any bonuses…

Just wondering why I am unable to access the subscription bonus, I never get emails and no one seems to be able to tell me where to sign up.  
 

Since I reached Plat III I rarely get promotional emails and bonuses.  
 

The last ladder bonus email I received was September 2025.  I am almost at 50%.
 

Curious as to if this is happening with everyone. 
 

The higher you rank up the less bonuses you get?

They stopped I guess 😑, it's so rare we see any bonuses via mail

Hey @Sisterbc420 i noticed excatly the same story. atm im Platinum III but since Platinum II for over 1 year didnt receive any bonus e-mail. but about subscription.. i receive it everymonth, check your account settings if ur promotion & emails are turned ON

You're still lucky, You've had a ladder bonus. Years playing and I have never received one. They say it's based on wagering, but I barely wager but have big losses in sportsbets 😢 But maybe , you'll see one soon.

I just found out from a friend yesterday that there is a subscription bonus and turned to technical support with a question why someone gets bonuses every month for watching ads on the mail and someone watches the same ad for free? They said that this bonus was not available to my account, and they refused to name the reason, citing the fact that it was decided by the marketing service. Extremely unfair, once again Stake showed his indifferent attitude. But I note that a few hours after my treatment I was sent a 'ladder' for $33, I have a few percent left before Platinum 1, this is the second ladder at the Gold level.

Yeah my brother hasn't gotten one in over a year and he's 45% of the way through plat 4 which he just hit a little over a year ago

i got like 3 lader in total it was at plat 2 ,60% 70% and 75% since the me to no link any more
