The fun Stake Support Staff

 I know that with all the new things that Stake has been working on these past few months that the Support staff has been a little busy. But if I may speak for the Stake chatting community when I say that we all miss you visiting us in chat.  

I loved it when you  all would pop in to say hello and I'm sure a lot of the players here would agree with me that we miss the super fun Chat games the support staff would come up with.  For me and many others it wasn't about the winning the prizes don't get me wrong that's always a plus but it was the excitement and fun that you all bring to the chat.

Indeed they have been working hard i would think, its the chalanges too that are painstaking to work and make reality that has a lot of their time occupied with i bet..

you can really feel their presence when they are gone or lack there of i should say 

point is we love to see you and interact with all the stake staffers  thank u

Yeah I've noticed that the chat can go pretty rampant and I'm always wondering where the mods are although maybe mods have nothing to do with this because they're not part of the support team but still

Yeah I always enjoy their company in chat. It really was a fun period of time back when they would hang out more often Very funny and fun peeps!

In my limited experience the demands on support staff go up and up.  They are a great group and fun to visit and chat with but the demands on them, especially from abusive players is just mind blowing.  The site does try to automate tasks to help them, witness the new coupon system for paying the challenges, but as Stake grows, the demands on them grow and as the bad guys see this as a place to exploit for satoshi, it grows disproportionally.

So I agree they are awesome and super fun.  I'm not optimistic that we'll see more of them, though I know they appreciate being wanted!

does stake support include devs? i know those ones must be busy too. but its not like they are ever in chat anyhow.

The reason why support staff isn't in chat alot recently is mainly due to the increased workload from the Xmas challenges. Instead of coming up with and monitoring/checking 2 challenges/week, they are now doing 1 challenge/day which is a huge increase in workload, more than 3 times what it was before. Not only that, they want to have fun participating in challenges as well. It only makes sense for support to show less appearances ingame but regardless they are on live chat 24/7 which is already quite a feat. 

I dunno about the rest of you, but I would much rather have more challenges than chat games, especially considering most people might miss those games due to timezone differences and everything.

i agree bmg support here was not just someone who you talked to when something went wrong. They where friends you knew and they knew you when you contacted support it was awesome to see the same persons name that you already knew from chat pop up and say hi it made you feel comfortable talking with a friend not some random person that was going to give you a scripted answer but instead a answer that helped it made you feel important

Yeah idk if you include them or not in this topic

but yeah i havent interaxted with many deva at all tbh

The Stake staff are amazing people trying to make the site a great experience and pleasurable for all. Always ready to help on the say so and very nice people. They really do make Stake great, it's always a pleasure to talk to them.

It is nice to talk with support staff but I doubt they will be more present in chat due all challenges site is running, and how many players contact them via live support or email. But maybe they will make some fun games in chat room.

Definitely love and enjoy chatting with all the lovely Stake Support members. Their presence in chat is definitely a commanding and pleasing one.

I guess since stake's numbers of people and stuff have increased a lot they've been more busy with their tickets. But I aggree, chatting with stake support is super awesome! They're the best humans

This is true, they are very charismatic people and do a great lack in the chat, I hope they appear more why good people always want us around, and bringing enough fun and joy to chat like they always have.

Support does chip into the chat every now and then, but I guess they are very busy, and often don't have time to chat with us. But when they do chat, it is usually very nice

its funny and cool when they come on all at once and its like 3 or 4 of them in simultaneously haha

Well, discord + tickets keeps them busy. When they have a slow enough day, thats when you see them in chat. Somedays there is only 1 support working, plus, they deal with Primedice as supports aswell.. busy busy bees.

Ooh yea indeed that they need to handle both Stake and Primedice support tickets and so forth, busy bees indeed.   Therefore the support staffs dedication are indeed much appreciated!

They never stop making us laugh with their jokes in the chat. They never stop to help us with their heart. 

In these days, because of advent challenge and many event that running right now, They are so super-busy.

Oh I for sure agree!!    This month they havent been around as much and I am def noticing it !!   I am sure once January comes around they will be back !!
