wngo123 Posted February 9, 2019 #26 Posted February 9, 2019 I don't feel anything because recently I don't even receive any emails from stake about promotions. I thought there are no promotions anymore? Well.. so I guess that passes as 'I don't qualify' how do I feel about it? It sucks.

Best to contact live support in cases like this

Best to contact live support in cases like this Or maybe it expired already. Coupons are meant to be claimed immediately as they have expiration date. Some runs for months, some are weeks only.

On the 13th December the challenge was to get a blacjack with reds first and then with black, I didn't realise reds had to come first, so I did blacks first then reds. I was very disappointed because not only did I fail the challenge for that particular day, I also failed the whole Advent challenge, as I had up to that point 12/12. Needless to say, I got my lesson and read the requirements very carefully from that point forward.

But it definitely would suck if one day I got my hopes up for a payout only to get that message and realize I missed something. How many times has this happened to you?

It used to surprise me when a white text box popped up but am sure I'm immune to it now after having it happen to me about 4-5 times... and I don't think it's the last time for me yet. Mistakes range from pure carelessness to just plain-outright silly or in worst times, can be interpreted as "without an ounce of common-sense". Some of these include: Completing a challenge fully but posted 2x similar bet ID(s) and withheld the correct bet ID Using altcoins to fully complete a challenge, but minimum bet was off by a silver Misreading the required patterns/colors/shapes/sizes/numbers and practically posting invalid bet ID(s) or ones that don't make sense In the end, it kinda all boils down to double, even triple-checking (which I have not even bothered to do) before the challenge runs out at the end of the week. It's frustrating sometimes... but the blame can't be put on nobody but me! 😶

Last time, I busted around 350k trying to hit a single 88x on plinko, then I'm wondering, why did 120 people won and I had to make so many rolls just to win less than 100k. It's not about the balance I lost, it's about the frustration you get while trying to complete pointless challenges.
polor12 Posted February 11, 2019 #34 Posted February 11, 2019 Stake well since i was a member..never seen or had it explain to me the qualifications to acquiring any kind of promos..only being active was a suggestion...i even ask will it be based on my wagers or the amount in total that was deposited in a month or week..even total of deposits in a week or month...if there is pls post...i know moderators won't have that kind of info and probably some supporters and some that know won't say.. having the knowledge of the criteria would ease most people..and the ones that don't deposit don't have a reason argue...

I had this issue but live support fixed it for me right away. I think people don’t realize there is an expiration on the codes also.

Shaniqua Posted March 8, 2019 #38 Posted March 8, 2019 is it just me or have the emails with coupons sent out drastically decreased? jajaj hint hint. but yeah even though i . know the new discorrd promo code system is only for the winners of that day, i stil feel jelly when i see the codes for winners and i know i wont qualify for them.. but i still try anyway hoping someone maybe made a mistake hehehehe sometimes i try random words too in coupon code hoping there would have been a testing phase or a hidden coupon code that is out to be discovered. so far no luck of course, i think they are pretty on top of that and dont leave any codes unclaimed to be found or smtin.
bmg Posted March 9, 2019 #39 Posted March 9, 2019 That is a let down for sure. I came across this problem during the Christmas challenge and as many people know I was very upset. We all have spent a lot of time and money trying to complete these challenges and when you are finished and feel accomplished its like a "punch in the titts" when you click that reward button and those awful words pop up on your screen "you do not quailfy". Since that moment I have stopped trying so hard on the giveaways.

I think some of the players here need to humble up a bit and truly appreciate what is being offered... just my friendly stance on the subject
