alecxd Posted March 29 #1 Posted March 29 I was reviewing the Stake Engine documentation and noticed the requirement that Stake Engine games must be strictly stateless: each bet has to be completely independent of previous outcomes. The docs specifically state that games cannot include jackpots, gamble features, continuation mechanics, or early cashout options. I am unsure if this just applies to slots. I’d like to better understand this rule with a practical example. Suppose we have a simple game where the player first makes a choice (e.g. Rock, Paper, or Scissors), and is then given the option to cash out before the result is revealed. Would a mechanic like this violate the strictly stateless rule? Or would it be allowed? I’ve noticed that games featuring similar cash-out options exist as Stake Originals. Does this mean mechanics involving continuation or early cashout are currently out of scope for third-party developers submitting games through Stake Engine? Any clarification from the team or other developers would be very helpful. Thank you!
