Ladder bonuses aren't handed out in a fair manner.

Been playing since 2021 and lately I've been closing up on Plat III (Plat II 99.5%) - And I've never had a ladder bonus. I'm way down overall, I don't play to wager or "abuse" that system. I don't sit and grab codes 24/7 and I hardly withdraw if I do so happen to win. My RTP sucks and it's not unusual for my deposits to hardly last a while at all.  In other words, it's going shit for me.  And when I actually do manage to make the deposits last and on top of that a good wagering amount, no trace of a bonus either. 

Then seeing tons of people go "Oh hey wth I haven't received a ladder bonus in a while, I got like 10 from plat 1 to plat 2" just pisses me off because I feel you value some players more than others. 

You should be more clear about how you determine who gets these bonuses, because this sucks for some of us.

I dont think thats the case, im wagering 20-30k weekly and I also dont get any of these.

I'm Platinum III (13%). Last time I got one of those bonuses was when I was Platinum 1 .
I wagered 140k 2 days , lost $2000, and the ladder bonus was shit, only $33 💩

I agree, I’ve even been missing some holiday bonuses. It’s definitely pick and choose
