Yo I swear by a morning shake with spinach, almond milk, and a scoop of whey that tastes like chalk but the results are lit, like stacking high odds on a sure bet and it pays out every morning 😄 During lunch I just slam a grilled chicken wrap then hit the gym before the live casino stremas kick off so I dont skip leg day watching roulette.

I grind hard on high volume low calorie stuff like huge omelets with spinach and mushrooms, keeps me full through a long Stake session without that sluggish crash so I can atually read the dice patterns clearer.
