Issues with Sports Bet Payout

Anyone having issues with your payout not being reflected in your wallet? I have contacted support many times but they are not helpful at all. They just reply that my bet has been paid out and they will proceed to ghost me afterwards even though I have tried to tell them that the payout is not reflected in my account. This is ridiculous and disappointing from stake and honestly the support service is ridiculously bad. I hope this post gains more traction so that we can resolve this issue. The bet ID is sport:552553821 if any mods or stake people are seeing this  

for context, I placed 1 dollar and 5 cents on the 2 exact same slips, and I was supposed to get 6.75 USD and a small amount from the 5 cent bet, it reflected that they paid out but I did not get the 6.75 USD at all. I only got 21 dollars from another bet that I won and in case you were wondering why I have 19 dollars in my wallet it’s because I placed 2 dollars after on another bet. Below are proof. And no I did not play casino or did any withdrawals it’s like my 6.75 USD disappeared into thin air.
