Hrdk Posted April 9 #1 Posted April 9 Hey everyone, I’m honestly confused and frustrated, so I wanted to ask if anyone has faced something like this. At one point, I had a sports bet running normally. Everything looked fine. Then the next time I opened my account: The bet was cashed out and At the same time, there was an all-in Poker bet placed, which was already lost I checked my Poker account got permanently banned due to “illegal activity” ***The thing is, I did NOT place that Poker bet or cashed out the bet*** I don’t even play Poker, and I had no reason to go all-in on anything, I didn't even know we can play poker while being excluded from casino. This just makes no sense from my side. Also, My devices (laptop and phone) were with me the entire time. There is no way someone had direct access to them. I contacted Stake support: They helped me secure my account But gave no proper explanation about what actually happened to my funds, just that they are "loses" I even asked them to at least provide: IP address Country Mirror site used from where that Poker bet was made… But they said they have no insight into it, which is honestly hard to understand. So right now: My money is gone, Poker is banned, No clear explanation other than that it was my responsibility to keep my account secure. ***Was my account compromised? Has anyone experienced something similar?*** Really confused and disappointed.
Aerena09 Posted April 10 #2 Posted April 10 (edited) This similar case happened with @10harshT. Someone accessed your account. They used a private poker table to transfer funds to their account. Because of this, your account has also been banned from poker. The best thing you can do is contact Live Support and ask them to provide the table ID(s) where the poker hands were played. You can also request a visual screenshot of the table, if possible. This will help you identify the opponent who was involved in this activity. Edited April 10 by Aerena09 Hrdk 1
