I want to bring up an issue with the English chat on Stake.

Right now, it’s honestly becoming hard to even stay there, especially in the evenings. There’s barely any real conversation anymore — it’s just constant talk about monthly bonuses and nonstop tagging of BA777.

The tagging doesn’t even stop when she’s offline. People keep tagging her for no reason, and when she does show up, the chat turns into nothing but people spamming her name hoping for tips. At that point, there’s no actual discussion left at all.

To be real, this just looks like straight-up begging, and it completely ruins the chat experience. It makes people who actually want to talk or be part of a normal chat not even want to open it.

I get that moderators can’t control everything and there aren’t that many of them, but something clearly needs to change. Maybe it’s time to review the chat rules and start taking stricter action against this kind of low-quality spam.

I’m even willing to help out myself — I can moderate the chat for a month for free and clean this up pretty quickly.

The monthly bonus will come anyway, there’s no need to stress about it. Stop spamming and tagging someone over and over for a few dollars. It just kills the whole vibe of the chat.

Hello @izluks,

Thank you for your honest feedback.

The chat is meant for community interaction, and we hear your concerns about how the current "begging culture" is ruining the vibe.

Regarding your offer to help moderate, we truly appreciate the initiative. It’s great to see community members who are willing to step up to improve the experience for everyone.

Let’s work together to keep the chat focused on actual conversation. :)

Best regards,
AndreaMT.

I used to be in the Stake english chat a lot before, now I'm barely ever in there, it's just begging, tag spamming all the time, mods could start mute everyone that keep tagging, passive begging and give them serious mute time like 1 month or way longer so it could stop others from doing it but yeah they won't do that, it will be few hours mute then they are back to the same old begging again.

Hello @izluks,

Thank you for your honest feedback. We completely agree that the quality of conversation in the English chat has declined. The constant begging and tagging of specific individuals, along with the repetitive spam, can create a negative environment for those who want a real discussion.

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it.
But right now it still feels like nothing is changing — the same tagging, spam, and begging continues every evening. People are constantly asking about the monthly bonus and spamming “when monthly” over and over again.
Since it’s constant, not occasional, it probably needs stricter enforcement or clear consequences, otherwise people will just keep doing it.
I’m still open to helping with moderation if needed.

I completely understand your concern, and I appreciate you taking the time to point this out to us. :)   We’re aware this has been happening frequently, and we're keeping it under control. These situations are monitored and handled on a daily basis, even if it’s not always immediately visible.

Thanks again for being proactive and offering to help with moderation. We truly appreciate the effort!

Do moderators still read appeals on the forum? Either it's some kind of personal attitude to the English chat, or I'm just unlucky and my posts are ignored, no matter how many times I tried to address various questions to the Stake administration through the forum, no one has ever answered me=) although judging by the reports above, you do not intend to correct the situation and respond to the complaints of your audience, and this is very sad for casinos that position themselves as a world leader in gambling. It's sad
