Exciter Posted April 16 #1 Posted April 16 Hello @Jake7589 I would like to know whether the list of the 10 winners actually participated in the sports betting promotion. I checked the posting history of these 10 users, but for some of them, I couldn’t find the bet ID posted in this thread. So, is the list of winners truly accurate and fair? enigashi0 1
Feuchtebuxxe Posted April 16 #3 Posted April 16 @Exciter You don’t need to worry about that. I have already checked all the bets from the 10 winners, and they are all present in the thread. I also created a separate topic earlier because one of the winners did not place a Same Game Multi but still won, which is why this issue is being discussed now.
Exciter Posted April 16 Author #4 Posted April 16 @FeuchtebuxxeSo they used a different forum account to post the bet ID, different from the accounts they had been using before?
Feuchtebuxxe Posted April 16 #5 Posted April 16 I understand the frustration, but I want to keep this fact-based. The rules were clearly stated for the giveaway, including the requirement for a Same Game Multi with at least 3 selections. Despite that, there are cases where entries that did not fully meet these requirements were still accepted as winners. From my side, I have already checked the 10 winners and their bets are included in the thread. However, I still find some situations questionable. For example, I previously opened a topic where a user won despite posting something that had nothing to do with the giveaway, and the response was that it had already been paid out so nothing could be done. I also raised a separate topic regarding the giveaway by dragoslav, where a winner did not follow the rules, but it was ignored and no further clarification was given. Now in this week’s case with Jake, I also noticed inconsistencies. One user won the main prize ($1000 Stake City), then immediately after also won Bonus Clash ($100), and then Bucks Bunny Bash ($500), all in consecutive giveaways. At the same time, there is an argument about fairness because some users apparently did not understand how a Same Game Multi works, yet a user in the same system is able to win three giveaways in a row under Jake. I’m not accusing anyone, but when combined with previous cases, it starts to feel inconsistent. Clear and consistent rule enforcement would help avoid confusion and maintain trust in future giveaways. “Fairness” — after leniency for SGMs and explanations about fairness… the same user still wins 3 times in a row under Jake. Where is the fairness in that? Nonikunyu 1
Nonikunyu Posted April 16 #6 Posted April 16 (edited) i just checked the user you mention. its amaze me he always got picked.very lucky guy and also no wonder its raise suspicious. alwaysgot the big bucks in giveaway.selected as one of the 5 from more than 74 participants. by stake city i thought people with 200x would be the winner as a grand prize (1000$). when i check thebet is just normal 30x like other winner but hes more “lucky” other than 48 participants. and minutes later he also winning knight fall. also whats the point giving requirement when its taken so lightly Edited April 16 by Nonikunyu
Community Manager Jake7589 Posted April 16 Community Manager #7 Posted April 16 Hey, We’ve already addressed the issues raised above and clarified why bets that weren’t SGMs were still accepted in this case. I’d also like to highlight that all of these giveaways fall under the same terms and conditions. Quote Stake's Reserved Rights To amend the Rules at any time To cancel the Competition at any time To verify the nominated account for prize delivery We very rarely amend rules, but in this instance, a large number of users were confused about the difference between SGMs and placing multiple bets on the same game. In good faith, we chose to accept both to ensure fairness across the board. Regarding users winning consecutive giveaways, this can happen. Winners are selected at random, and in cases where there are fewer participants, the chances of winning naturally increase. Thanks for your understanding. Zeus 1
