Anyone noticing sketchy stuff happening on poker ?

I would be mid hand after straddling or calling and once it came back to me to check once i’d press “check” i would get booted off the table and it would glitch out and i would lose the money i had bet.  and after sending hand ID# and replay to stake support they tried to argue it glitched out because “ i tried to open another tab” which was clearly not true and could be seen on the replay. after going back and forth with them i finally said that i would post this matter on the forums and they finally said after reviewing the replay deeper they are sorry and refunded my money…..  i will attach  screenshots emails with support team & i have a recording of the hand replay but won’t let me post it on here if anyone’s interested.  and this is not about the money because it was only $0.08 that i lost in the hand.  but it is about the principle of the matter and that how far they went to avoid paying me back 8 pennie’s, i could only imagine if i had lost 800 or more.

This is very wrong and they need to work on it.

I do believe they have good intentions but multiple players I have talked with have experienced support issues, while different but with similar theme.

@degenInspector adressed emails directly with StakePoker, they said they are aware and reviewing it.

i was just kicked out no resion was given and also banned me from poker i dont know how this happen and they want level three verification and also i sent them my bank statement my gas bill passbook and many more but they dont accept it and removed me form 5$ tournament which i was doing well

You can ask your local bank (not revolut or similar) to write you letter confirming your adress. It usually works for me when casino refusing your bills. Some of players I have been talking with had success with doing that.
