Hello everyone,

I am writing this post because I am experiencing a serious issue with my Stake account and I still have not received a proper resolution.

I deposited $831.30 into my Stake account. Shortly after that, I played Fan Tan by Evolution in the live casino section.

I placed a total of $820 in bets:

$205 on 1 2 3

$205 on 2 3 4

$205 on 3 1 4

$205 on 4 1 2

After placing the bets, the website started lagging and the chat froze. Then I received a message saying that my bet was rejected.

However, the $820 was not refunded to my balance. My balance dropped to around $11, and the bet is still visible in the Active Bets section.

So right now, my bet is stuck in between:

It was not accepted properly

It was not settled

It was not refunded

It is still showing as an active bet

I contacted Stake live support, but they keep telling me that there is nothing they can do and that it is not their issue.

I also contacted Evolution live support. Evolution was able to see the game round and created a ticket, which means the round and the issue are visible on their side.

The main problem is that my money is still locked and I am left with no clear answer. The bet was rejected, but the funds were not returned. At the same time, the bet is still active and not being settled.

I am not asking for anything unfair. I only want the issue to be reviewed properly and for my $820 to either be refunded or for the bet to be settled correctly according to the game records.

This situation has caused me financial loss and stress, and I feel ignored by support despite providing the details.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue before? Can a Stake representative please review this case properly?

Thank you.

Hi Baronaga,

I guess it would be better if you raise this issue on independent platforms like AskGamblers and Trust Pilot. Only then the customer support will take it seriously. If this also fails, file a complaint to the license provider or ADR. Hopefully you get your hard-earned money back.

Thanks
