I have received emails for two consecutive weeks, prohibiting me from claiming the dropped bonus. I tried to seek help from the online customer service, but their response was: They don't have the authority to check what the problem is. I need help: First: May I ask where I violated the rules? Second: If there is no problem with my account, please cancel it.
