gatts1aa Posted 2 hours ago #1 Posted 2 hours ago (edited) I just received an email stating that I’ve been banned from social media bonuses. I asked customer support (who were actually quite nice), and they told me a "back-office" department handles this; the explanation given was that I had received "disproportionate" bonuses but there was no mention of my disproportionate losses. If they had actually checked my account history as they claimed, they would have noticed that I had just ranked up entitling me to rank-up bonuses and that I had wagered heavily and made quite a few deposits. It makes absolutely no sense to require people to wager in order to qualify for bonuses, only to ban them for actually meeting that requirement. Sure, it’s only a seven-day ban, but when it’s completely unjustified and arbitrary, even an hour is too much. Especially since I very rarely claim Telegram bonuses only the ones from Eddie's stream where strangely I got the ban. I hope that "back-office" department read this and they are going to check my account to unbann me from that ban who was totally unfair. Edited 2 hours ago by gatts1aa correct mistake
