Stake makes another "mistake"

a promotion was sent through popups to some users deposit 200$s wager 400$s and u get a reward at the start of the month  this was sent to a (select group of people not all) this mistake was never corrected at the time not through popup not through support and not through email i was never notified that i am not eligable for this so i went and ahead and did it (losing 200$ in the process) now at the start of the month i contact support about this and these are the answers i get 

after telling them i would like to esclate this and i want to speak to a higher up it becomes clear that i LITERALLY CANNOT ESCLATE THIS TO ANYONE

 

that is not normal that is not a way a respectable company behaves if this "mistake" was never corrected i should be conpensated STILL because as far as i knew i was ELIGABLE

Wow. Again... This happened to me as well. I got the same exact promotion. Deposited hundreds, if not thousands just to be apart of this special promotion "Vip Crypto Reward" 

And now im getting tricked again? i feel like im getting punched in the face by stake every single month now, I dont think they have heard about the saying "dont bite the hand that feeds you"

This is also very risky by stake, i am studying law and you cannot legally fake promotions like this. You can actually lose your gambling license. The fact that they are willing to risk this surprises me really. I dont think the support chatter "Milkdeya" is very good at her job. Lets see if stake really rewards their most LOYAL players and actually compensate us for this mistake. 

And @mooniep im pretty sure this happened in january as well, no?

agreed mooniep, i have now played on this site for years. The fact that this is how they treat their most loyal players concerns me if im gonna be honest. This are times when you have to question the site as a whole. I will probably take legal action on this and stake will most likely lose their license, this is not something i want because i love stake. but it has to happen if they dont compensate for this. 

If any mods are reading this, feel free to send me a message. I am willing to discuss this further, i will not take anything to court before 7/7/2026.

That pop-up was spamming me too everytime I opened Stake. Had to lose the deposits because of that

I also fell for this one. Deposited over 200 for june, wagered and everything. was expecting that bonus today but nothing, then saw your post. What can we do about this? I read someone said this has happened before in january as well, so this doesn't look honest, it looks more like a calculated operation to try and get players to deposit rather than an honest mistake on their end.

I can also confirm that I had this pop up. I think it was second week of June that I saw it.

I feel a bit dissapointed after reading all this.

Emails have been sent out today. I didn't get it, tried the link, not working, despite also getting the pop up. Support gave same nonsense reply but added yet another lie:

funny how these "mistakes" only happen to be a disadvantage for players, but never otherwise.

I got the popup, but I went to support a few days later and they told me at that time I was not eligble, I raised a fuss at that time because I had already deposited and was wagering, and I said that they never corrected their now claimed error, so how was I to know. So at that time they told me to check back in the beginning of the month which i checked 2 times before then and kept being told to check bacl.  So today I tried agai and got a small bonus manually credited by support.

But again I let them know immediately after getting the popup and didnt wait until today when I am sure every one is claiming the same thing.
