(it appeared for 2-3 seconds and disappeared, so I could not make a screenshot or take copy of the message) How I made bets: Start bet was: 0.00001024 LTC When my profit became equal: -1000*0.00001024/2 I double bet amount and e.t.c. irawk0 Posted January 3, 2019 #2 Posted January 3, 2019 Good luck, keep in mind just because mathematically you should hit one 1000x every 32.7k rolls doesn't mean you will. It's like playing 4x payout on dice where you should expect one win every 4 bets yet we all know just how ridiculous those red loss streaks can come. For all we know, the last person who played your server seed before you could've hit like 3 1000x within like lets say 1k rolls, meaning the next one wouldn't be due for another 98k rolls. Or you could just be super unlucky and if you persist maybe you will hit a few 1000x very soon 😛

Think of it as playing dice 2x. or diamond poker. You should win 50% of the time (ok, 49.5% for dice, but let's work with 50%). So that means, according to math, you should win every second game. But that is not the case in reality. You could have 6 green or red streaks, anything could happen really. So the same applies to this - You statistically "should" hit 1000x every 32768 rolls, but of course, in reality, you could have 200,000 misses, and then after that hit 1000x 4 times in a few rolls to make up for the statisitcs. So it really is unpredictable. Remember the dice 2x example to help give you perspective

Secondly you did put a theory down so congrats for that. Thridly I am so sorry for you loss of 200$ hope you get them back somehow. Fourth of all I thats why gambling is pure luck which I always say but maths is also applicable soo I guess Stale has some recoding to do @Edward ? Not pointing but just asking is this intentional or a bug. ?

It's not a bug, statistically it is possible to get 100 reds in a row on dice 2x, so it is also statistically possible to roll 1 million time and not hit 1000x. That is just statistics

It was a very exhausting hunt. I want to take up the hunt for 5 million x on mines. Last year I caught this multiplier once, but with a zero bet, somewhere in 55-60k bets (and it was very fast for such an multiplier). If I decide to hunt, I will open the same topic and I will post detailed reports on success. @Dan The last 5000 bets I told myself: "this is the last thousand and I finish game". But a little returned balance and again got involved in a fight 😃 After the 75,000th bet, I changed the bet amount several times, because I had already begun to completely lose hope that it would ever happen. Bet amounts were 0.005 / 0.007 / 0.01 / several times of 0.02 / 0.025. I'm glad this grueling fight is over @FotisNt I will not undertake to draw such conclusions. Were you betting that high the whole time you were hunting it? nonetheless grats on finally hitting it. not too shabby on the payout either lol.. 9ltc.. nice.. ive only managed to hit 1000x with small bets so far. hopefully ine day i can hit it with a big bet as well. now that youve broken the ice.. youll hit it more hopefully.. thats wha happeneded to me.. took months before i was able to hit my first, but after that, i was able to hit atleast once a week. congrats again on a huge win.
