Some times we get a little worked up and say things we shouldnt have. I was given a second chance here at stake and have not made the mistake i made then since.

ceastem Posted March 18, 2019 #34 Posted March 18, 2019 The support staff here are all very reasonable people. They won't give you permanent mute unless you deserve it. I got muted once due to sending referral link of discord to stake chat. This was an honest mistake and asked them for a chance. They gave it to me without a second thought saying that i should not do it again. All we need to do after being warned is not do it again to not be punished. Of course if you still do it despite being warned (in your case three times), i heavily believe that you deserve it. Honestly, i hate the fact that when people get permanently muted can just create a new account just to repeat the cycle. Of course if you are willing to change about this, you can create a new one, maybe that's why the devs or staff here are not yet removing the feature that lets you create a stake account with same IP address. You already have a chance to change and that is to start all over again.
polor12 Posted March 19, 2019 #35 Posted March 19, 2019 ok.. earlier i perm mute..on purpose.. pretty much it was only way to stop me in verbally attacking a person.. that would eventually cause a perm mute..not drop names.. but all because .2 btc investment/loan i have given a month ago.. asked for at least .001 but got a answer that almost yea.. no worries support i will not ask to remove it.. its better off im muted.. but ill still be playing..

I ever spam at chat because my connection is bad. I just want enter it once, but my chat comeout is about 4/5 times more than i entered. So, i think players can get second chance with a clear reason.
GANJA Posted April 9, 2019 #38 Posted April 9, 2019 I believe him. I’ve been Muted once, for calling Shinjo a dick, and after I was muted people backed me up then he threatened to perma mute. It might be hard to believe but mods aren’t the nicest sometimes. They’re people too, and they have bad days too. It could have been a simple mistake or someone was in a bad mood. Simply reach out to support. We don’t have power here, but they do.
