Xander1022 Posted January 16, 2019 #1 Posted January 16, 2019 Hello! I would like to ask your opinion on giving chances to persons that are currently under permanent mute. (Reason of mute:Posting/chatting refferal link) I am Xander1022 (as you can see...😂), I've been playing at stake for a very long time (About a year)😳 and I'm under permanent mute for aslong as I can remember. When players get muted, the most common thing that others do is create a new account and carry on,but I didnt.I continue playing until now.Like regular players I deposit and stuff, but I cant chat (obviously😂).Along my journey I understand why i should avoid being muted,Its very sad to play alone, keeping your happiness and sorrows by yourself, watching everybody happy but not being able to join the fun.It really is sad😭.But despite the sadness I still keep playing.I regret not following the rules.(I feel like I got rehabilitated😂😂😂) Take this as a message/warning for other players😇 I think that loyal players deserves a chance to be unmuted😊
Owly Posted January 16, 2019 #2 Posted January 16, 2019 All possible, but reason for you got perm muted is the matter in such questions.
blueprints Posted January 16, 2019 #3 Posted January 16, 2019 Well If you are truly sorry and feel enough punishment has passed then try out the appeal section in the forums and they will review it. If it was something like just posting a link then i think youd have a chance, but if you like scammed or tried to do something big then i wouldnt waste time trying to appeal.
Kate Posted January 16, 2019 #4 Posted January 16, 2019 Well if you have got warned before like 3 or 4 times the 5th mute shouldn't be a permanent mute but a month or 2 months mute and then if the same behaviour is repeated then the months should be increased and once you reach 12 months the next mute is permanent.

Wow,I didnt actually know i can appeal, support told me its imposible because its the rule.Ill try it😉 1 minute ago, Kate said: Well if you have got warned before like 3 or 4 times the 5th mute shouldn't be a permanent mute but a month or 2 months mute and then if the same behaviour is repeated then the months should be increased and once you reach 12 months the next mute is permanent. Exactly my thoughts,I've been keeping it for so long because I think i might got in worse situation if i keep pushing.I asked them (since its so long and i cant remember) they said i got warned 3 times.
Laura2000 Posted January 16, 2019 #6 Posted January 16, 2019 Well depends on the importance of the trouble, the other day i got a permanent mute for posting on chat a link to the Stake's discord channel, a friend ask me the address..... i think this is not important..... support solved me, but i need to be 12 hours waitting hahaha 7 minutes ago, DarkBlood069 said: A perm mute is the top offence on your account so what ever you did had violated the chat rules completely, I also believe in second chances if it was the discord invitation link, however, if you were trying to promote services, sales or any agreements which leads to something outside stake, this is against the rules. Titlebot - youtube links, screenshots are allowed but what ever you must of done must of been bad. Indirect links to forum which go to websites should be at least 3-5 days, but directly is perm, sorry mate. Anyway, no harm done, you can always appeal in the right section. Exactly that was what happened to me, and i agree totally with you my friend
williamshennie9 Posted January 16, 2019 #7 Posted January 16, 2019 You can always use the appeals section of the forum here: https://forum.stake.com/board/174-appeals/
BLXN Posted January 17, 2019 #8 Posted January 17, 2019 honestly.. if you're lonely, you should get friends IRL . . here it is a great distraction, no offense intended to the good people I happen to be friends with here - this is a game of concentration, and focus.. unless you are betting pennies, and are here solely (souly? xD) for the social aspect of it, and severe attention should be paid to all decisions- or you will end up paying the House... so .. make friends here, play solo in the Casino.. no big deal if you don't get unmuted. I used to disappear for days to avoid having to talk, or be asked for money, and tbh I was a lot more successful as a player. lol.
FotisNt Posted January 17, 2019 #9 Posted January 17, 2019 Well, i dont think that's a good idea while its called ''permanent'' ban. Every user have to follow the rules or else there will be a punishment. Many would abuse that second chance.
KiXxnTRiXx Posted January 18, 2019 #10 Posted January 18, 2019 eh, make a new account and try not to get that one perma muted.ya it sucks that your wagers on that account is no longer valid, but atleast you can start anew. I mean, im sure there was a good reason why you were given a perma mute/ban. If you think it was done unfairly, did you talk it out with supports? If so and yours still perma, then you probably deserve it .. Sorry..
irawk0 Posted January 18, 2019 #11 Posted January 18, 2019 You've been here since May of last year, and you've made less than 20k bets. Your total wagered is also extremely low. Makes me think you are actually someone's alt or some extremely inactive account, or the type of person to link extremely low wager bet ID's. I would not want to see you on chat, sorry.
kuleeeet Posted January 18, 2019 #12 Posted January 18, 2019 we have a second chance but if you do it again you dont deserve a chance again
Saripa Mursid Posted January 18, 2019 #13 Posted January 18, 2019 if you did not do it accidentally you still need to pay it.
BLXN Posted January 18, 2019 #14 Posted January 18, 2019 Tarred, and feathered! lol.. just kidding. I don't really care- usually perm mutes are a long time coming, or they are dumb noobs.
CAPT.DEADPOOL Posted January 18, 2019 #15 Posted January 18, 2019 Mod give you a many chance to change your attitude but you try again so i think you deserve get a reward 😁 so now this is your second account so becareful if you not want to mute.

This place is filled with alts and beggars who abuse the system, and those types of people should not get a second chance in my opinion.

kurian Posted January 18, 2019 #18 Posted January 18, 2019 You already got warned before permanent mute. From my personal opinion, i think you had your chances. You should have thought about it when you got warned. Being an old member doesn't gives you any privileges to break chat rules. Sorry no offence.
eldrindcm Posted January 18, 2019 #19 Posted January 18, 2019 Posting referral links in chat especially of another crypto gambling site is really a no-no and deserves a permanent mute, imo. You are on a casino and you're inviting others to go to another casino.
TKO Posted January 18, 2019 #20 Posted January 18, 2019 Permanent mute is a big deal. Not going to lie. But if there is to be a second chance, then I think there should be categorization. Offences such as posting Referral Links in public chat, should be heavily punishable, but not permanent mute worthy, unless of course the offence is repeated even once again. Posting referral links should, I think, result in a 336 or 168 hours (14 days or 7 days) mute. Maybe 12 days also xD. However, other offences such as posting phishing links or scamming people or scam links, should result not only in a permanent mute, but also an account ban. So for example if there is a person who has posted a phishing link, then the user should be send an email, warning them that their account will be permanently BANNED in 48 hours or so, so they should withdraw their funds. After all, safety and reliability is the most important. If you had been banned for Referral Link posting, then I sure do think you must be given another chance, because you seem sorry. Try and post an appeal in the Appeals section! Good luck!
FotisNt Posted January 20, 2019 #21 Posted January 20, 2019 Doing stuff which can make stake.com be boring an an annoying place to bet should be non-acceptable so there should be no second chance for a permanent mute. Imagine asking for loans in real life or tips from anyone, that would be annoying as hell.
bmg Posted January 20, 2019 #22 Posted January 20, 2019 In my personal opinion I feel that if there has been a permanent mute then after some time it should be ok to consider allowing a player to be un muted. I guess it all depends on what and when the mute was for.

wahy Posted January 20, 2019 #24 Posted January 20, 2019 i think perma is way to hard because people make mistake everytime just make it like muted for few days so they can learn from it
