Learning fast in poker is a bit of a myth tbh. You can read a preflop chart in ten minutes but actually understanding why you're folding middle pairs under the gun takes hundreds of hands where you get punished for playing them. I'd say just grind the lowest stakes and force yourself to verbalize why you're doing every action, even if it feels stupid.

Trying to learn fast without recording your own hands is like studying a map but never driving anywhere tbh. Are you mostly playing cash or tourneys right now, cause the "fast" lessons are really different for each.

Just stick to one table at the smallest stakes and literally say out loud why you are betting or folding, it forces you to think about ranges in real time instead of clicking buttons on autopilot. Even if you look silly muttering to yourself it sticks way faster than just reading charts.

I would actually push back on the idea that just grinding microstakes blindly is the fastest way, cause you can build bad habits real quick if you dont understand why you are making certain moves. Watching a chart is fine but you also need to pause and review the hands that confused you, otherwise you are just repeating the same leaks over and over
