Pop-Up when Livesupport replies back

Hi guys, I have contacted the livesupport multiple times for the past 2 days and every time a staff member replied, I could not read it instantly, because there was no Pop-Up message (I am used to it, since other sites have such a feature). I do not know if there is a sound effect when they do, but I always have it turned off, especially when I gamble on my phone. 

So what's your opinion on that, would you like to see that feature getting added soon or do you manually check every few minutes if the support has answered?

It's been a while since my last contact with support  But iirc, there a sound and a new message notification.

If you shut Live Support window, the pop-up will appear and you will be notified of the reply  This is a feature of our communication platform, so not sure how you didn't get the replies, we just tested it, it works as intended? 🤔

I think it's set up like that so players gameplay doesn't get interfered with the pop up. But I do agree it would be nice if it did pop up so we know when there is a replied. I think as of now it just puts a red Dot on the chat icon to let you know there's a replie.

In any occasion, you would get a email from Stake about your conversation with supports. You may check your emails (that already verified with your account), if you close the live chat, they will automatically send you a email with sender name: "*support name*@stake-support-team.intercom-mail.com>.  

I believe if using computer, you would receive a "ding" if support answer your question (you still getting email if you close the conversation and the website). But, I'm still don't know about using phone (about the "ding" one). Try to check your email.

It pops up for me, as well i get an email.. it may be your browser set to block pop ups or notification because its been working fine for me. . My issue is actually the opposite, i get too much popup! hahaha. but ya just check your browser setting, site setting and permissions.. you should be able to see the option for allowing or not allowing popups from stame among other options
