clotra Posted Saturday at 01:59 PM #26 Posted Saturday at 01:59 PM Patience just means you lose slower if your post flop game isn't sharp, so it is only half the equation really.
Ashumtos Posted Saturday at 05:53 PM #27 Posted Saturday at 05:53 PM Once i folded so many hnds in a home game my cousin started calling me "the statue" then i stacked him with pocket twos because he didnt respect the waiting game
daggerncloak Posted yesterday at 10:14 AM #28 Posted yesterday at 10:14 AM yeah patience is key, those who wait usually end up stacking chips ? it's not always about the flashy plays, bro
pabloloris Posted 3 hours ago #29 Posted 3 hours ago everyone preaches balance like its some magic formula but honestlly id take a patient rock over a wild maniac any day, aint nothing worse than bleeding chips because you cant sit still for ten hands
benrdxm655 Posted 2 hours ago #30 Posted 2 hours ago Honestly i started pretending im commentating a poker tournament in my head and narrating my own folds like "and he wisely lets this one go, showing incredible restraint" it sounds dumb but it actually stops me from getting bored and punting with garbage hands out of frustration. Keeps my ego out of it too which is half the battle.
