focusing on folding preflop is nice but honestly what fixed my red line was forcing myself to fold top pair on wet boards. like yeah you hit something but if the turn completes every straight and flush draw you are just donating. made more profit from losing less than from winning big pots

sometimes just playing tighter isnt the fix if the table is super aggro and youre not adjusting by reraising more in position.
