It is such a pity though. Crypto is supposed to be decentralised. I don't know what they are trying to achieve by limiting you by location. I mean if people really wanted to, they could use a VPN and set up a coinbase account just to get these XLM coins.

This time the amount is higher, so I guess we will have to wait longer than "days/weeks for the final invitation to earn i guess"
