laron Posted May 11, 2019 #26 Posted May 11, 2019 I think to check the results of our bet, we know that the bet is legal

Actually it is not determined in the beginning but it is determined during every play or bet because if it was pre determined then the site could easily win all the money .

Yes, really, for an ordinary player, you just need to understand that the site tends to be open, when every bet is verified. Not all casinos do this. It is mostly crypto casinos that do this, to gain trust from their users. The problem is that many casinos say they are provably fair, but their methods of verifying bets are flawed. So it is best to understand how it works, and then based on that, determine which casinos to play at.

Paecga129 Posted May 12, 2019 #31 Posted May 12, 2019 To be completely honest I do not have much of a clue. Would probably be a good thing to know though.
Dragunov Posted May 13, 2019 #32 Posted May 13, 2019 Probably i think every site has probably fair. That means that they are fair to players.
Burgerwcheese Posted May 28, 2019 #33 Posted May 28, 2019 It’s a way of measuring mathematically how likely it is that you’ll see a certain event happen or not happen. And the first thing to know is that a probability is always a number between 0 and 1. an event that will never occur has a probability of 0. An event that will always occur has a probability of 1. ou can multiply the probability of winning by the amount you win and compare it with the probability of losing and the amount you’ll lose to get the expected value of any bet. In casino games, the edge is always with the house, although the way they present the games is subtle.

I haven't posted in about a week so I figured I'd contribute one more thought, and a question. I was online a few days ago when I saw a message in chat that said the reason so many people come to stake is because it's programmed. First off I wasn't really sure what he meant. Seemed like a silly statement, but after sending a message or two realized that he and actually a couple others agreed and believed that stake was a programmed gambling site. I asked them if they knew what provably fair ment and how it works for gambling. I came to the assumption that they did not. I suppose it's not imperative that player know how the outcome of the roll or spin or card outcomes are determined, but I think knowing is an important part of players playing at Stake. Being provably fair in combination with the extremely low house edge is what makes Stake, Stake. I wonder how many players actually know what's important about provably fair and how it works. I also wonder how many know just how low the house edge is at Stake in comparison to other casinos. I think making this information and maybe some casino comparisons available and on easy display somewhere, would help to inform players that don't know. As well as help players make informed decisions when choosing where to gamble. Do you know how Provably fair works? Does that matter when choosing stake? Does the House Edge at Stake play a roll on your choosing to play at Stake? Personally, it doesn’t really matter if a casino is Provably Fair as every Mother’s Son’s casino will most likely be as it doesn’t seem to hold much weight at all... seeing how many players are still thinking “It’s rigged!”. I would think even scam casinos would make it a point to make their website Provably Fair, since no one uses it anyway. When it comes to house edge though, it doesn’t concern me that much. By looking only at 100% - RTP, we can see Stake’s profit. A more informative way would be to look at the monthly profit-stats on each game at Stake and from there observing the variance of each game as that is for the average player - the single most important thing to be concerned with in my opinion. To sum it up, RTP just shows you (via the law of large numbers) how much your casino will be taking back over time. Concerning your session-profit, we should look at var + standard deviation to see how we are actually doing on the field!
polor12 Posted May 29, 2019 #35 Posted May 29, 2019 in away kinda maybe or perhaps,, is the only way i can say... is basically a written statement that the casino is giving the players the comfort of playing without them thinking the casino is not cheating.. since we are playing in digital gaming instead of live gaming with a dealer involved where you can see the play by play.. since is just like playing slots.. slots do have a mechanism in which the jackpot will be triggered..by how times it been played.. then there gotta be a code when a player will hit a high payout...but all in fairness.. House Always Wins..
