You  missed some zeroes there. 0.0021433 is not 1/36*1/36*1/36. The correct answer to that multiplication is 0.000021433 which is 100 times less than what you said in there. 0.002 is not that uncommon also, it's almost as much as hitting 15-16 reds/greens in a row on 2x. And 0.000021433 is as hitting 22-23 reds/greens in a row on 2x.

So hitting 3x green in a row is actually not uncommon at all.

I didn't miss any zeros lol. 0.000021433 = 0.0021433%. The percentage sign is what replaces the two zeros. Another example is 1% = a probability of 0.01. I think you are getting confused lol.
