History of Bitcoin Logo

I came across an interesting story today that might make for an interesting discussion - it was the history of the Bitcoin logo!

Link:  https://www.coindesk.com/about-that-orange-b-the-history-of-bitcoins-logos

It turns out that the orange and white B logo for Bitcoin wasn't it's first one.  Drawing from old BitcoinTalk posts the article traces the history of the logo.  Interestingly, Satoshi himself actually wanted a little gold coin with BC in it.  He later changed it to the gold coin with the stylized B but some complained that it looked too much like the symbol for the Thai Bhat.  Anyway, really interesting.  Amazing how these things evolve and then become standardized.

Anyway, fun to think about something I had not thought about!  Is there a logo that you prefer?

I love the most recent bitcoin logo, everyone knows that its bitcoin and another aspect is that it's remarkable. You see it somewhere and instantly make that connection to bitcoin in your head. I wanna know who created the logo and how he got it to be THE bitcoin logo. Like the only one everyone knows.

Delighted to read the story of design change of bitcoin logo over the years. The bitcoin price and logo seems to have increased proportionately with the popularity of bitcoin

I never even knew bitcoin had an official logo, I always thought the differences were as a result of what people created. I guess you learn something interesting each day! Interesting article to see the progression of the "official" logo ;)

Во всяком случае, интересно думать о том, о чем я не думал! Есть ли логотип, который вы предпочитаете?

Hi everyone.I think now bitcoin has a very good logo of another is probably not necessary.

Actually the current logo of Bitcoin is actually the best one , because it is not a much of a very radiant colour but is bright to attract people and isn't a colour which can hurt our eyes.
