Are These Challenge Rules Worth Something Nowadays?

As I explained they are fulfilled in 95% of cases and there are human errors because any moderator can only do so much and humans make mistakes. We could go full auto on mutes for spam and wrong bets, but I have the feeling this would cause even more trouble.

Still, what about all the others cited above? Including Osmann that is a well known rules breaker? I know its not worth for Stake to just perma ban some guys but its not worth either to leave these that keep being muted / warned and still keep breaking the rules every single day (even Ed said during his stream about Osmann being well known for never following a damn single rule)

I don't know what you expect from us - mute them now, many hours after it happened? 

Hungrygirl was muted at least 9 times in the past, OsmaNN more than 37 times, you were muted this single time - once.

Or do you expect us to not apply any stated rules anymore because we only manage to apply them almost every time instead of 100% of the time because we're no machines?

No @hui I would not be that stupid to ask for bans 2 days late, all I wanted was the Mods involved to assume their mistake.. I know you guys are not robots and it's not an easy position to be a Mod of a huge community like this one we have, but at the moment 2 old and well known users from this community try to talk to them in a very well educated way for 3 or 4x, requesting the mutes to be applied and the rules to be followed (right after the whole thing happened) it should have any credibility.. we are not talking about beggars or spammers, we are talking about trustworthy members that got totally ignored.. that was the main reason the whole "drama" happened.

Ed, Micro, Zoltan and you know me since PD 4 and you guys know I am not a drama or a trouble maker and if I ever dare to request a mute it means I am 100% sure of what I am doing.. I know the rules probably better than many of you guys and I would never request such a thing if there was not a real reason

So do you want an apology of the Mods that were not on duty and thus active as normal players or an apology of the Mod that was so overwhelmed with dealing with wrong bets and mute complaints that he missed 2 people posting wrong bets?

I never said I want an apologize, did I? I only said that they should assume that they were wrong and learn to listen to trustworth members because if we have this forum tag it should at least mean that we are aware of the things we do, the talks we bring and the reports we send
