nattekut Posted June 19, 2019 #1 Posted June 19, 2019 Do you guys have had the same like I do. Recently I am very active on the forum. A couple of days I got rewarded an average of 1000 satoshi on my replies and 3k+ on topics created. I always do my best do write go content and not just reply with 1 sentence. Now today I am replying like I always do and suddenly I only received a total of 1500 satoshi for 7-8 different replies. So is there another criteria that determines the forum reward. I know that length and good content rewards better than a single line reply. So there probably is something I am missing here. Not that I desperately need the forum satoshi but just curious why the reward can be so different from day to day
HighDamage Posted June 19, 2019 #2 Posted June 19, 2019 There are several things that can reduce your reward forum: 1. You are too focused on commenting on a topic or creating a topic that gives you a continuous forum reward (But does not reset it by creating topics / commenting on places that don't give you forum rewards) 2. You receive a warning that directly affects your Rewards Forum which makes it less. if you have Questions about the Forum, you can ask me, Mod and support are active at that time. I am ready to help

I think also focussing on one and the same board decreases the reward. couple minutes ago I made a short reply on a post in the keno or blackjack section and the reward went back up again
wngo123 Posted June 19, 2019 #4 Posted June 19, 2019 Quote I only received a total of 1500 satoshi for 7-8 different replies. So is there another criteria that determines the forum reward. The criteria are secret and talking about it is not allowed. Stake does not want you to find out, but if you commenting long enough you can see more or less how it works.
nuuuitsjdragon Posted June 19, 2019 #5 Posted June 19, 2019 I think on top of posting in the same few sub-forums (Stake Discussion etc.) you can try participating in the other sub-forums that might not pay you for your post but I think it resets your counter so you can get a bigger sum on your next paid post. However, I’m not super sure of that as time between posts and word count may play a part as well. What I’m sure of is if you take your time and not post for awhile, it definitely resets on a new day and gives you a full payout on your first few posts lol.
wry Posted June 19, 2019 #6 Posted June 19, 2019 I think that will cover your questions, if not, perhaps a PM to @Dan to get him to weigh in here. He's usually very responsive!
Kate Posted June 20, 2019 #7 Posted June 20, 2019 Umm maybe because you write them in less sentences or maybe because you have a warning point in your profile which could give you less forum rewards too.
williamshennie9 Posted June 20, 2019 #8 Posted June 20, 2019 The key to stable forum rewards is diversity of sections that you post in. Try post in a variety of sections to increase your earnings, as well as high quality posts and replies (which you already do). Hope that helps a bit

Although Dan is very responsive on topics like these, I highly doubt that he will reveal what really computes for the rewards since it will just be maximized completely by different people Maybe not knowing about it is the right approach on this one and just keep on sharing the ideas. That's what we get paid for anyway.
allisonn Posted June 20, 2019 #10 Posted June 20, 2019 I used to read forums more but now I've just stopped, 1 in 20 replies is content and the rest are spam. In my opinion just straight up hit them with about -10k or -20k forum sats, if they stop posting forever it's a big service to everyone.
Etude Posted June 22, 2019 #11 Posted June 22, 2019 If anything it almost seems like the algorithm of the forum rewards are being tweaked constantly to prevent abuse of the reward satoshis.
Fikoloc Posted June 22, 2019 #12 Posted June 22, 2019 In order to receive up to 3000 satosh for one message you have to leave at least 1 message in the free section, I also faced such a problem and thought for a long time why I am given so little, but when I realized what this is due to the problem immediately corrected! Just try to post in the section where you don't give catos (such as games) do not pay for posts

You will notice the more you post after a certain amount of posts the rewards slowly decrease. I also think the person's reputation score makes a difference because I'm making more per post now then when I had a lower reputation. Overall I think if you concentrate less on how much each post gets you and instead just go with the flow it will work out best for you.

I believe @Etude is correct. I figure if you just posnormall and don' worry about he reward you will be better off.
Paecga129 Posted June 26, 2019 #15 Posted June 26, 2019 There is a certain way they do it. I just am not sure what it is exactly but I am sure if you search through the forum you can probably find out.
Aazzah Posted July 27, 2019 #16 Posted July 27, 2019 hey there nattekut! I honestly think that forum rewards are determined by how many posts and how much you are writing when commenting and also creating new topics. In my experience... As i have gradually increased my forum activity... Posting new topics and replying to topics... I have found out that I do get a lot more now. I do write quite a bit too that's why I get quite a lot in satoshi's from the forum. So yeah, it is basically how much you write and how many forum posts you have all together! Have a great day and best of luck playing
rajamishra Posted July 27, 2019 #17 Posted July 27, 2019 hello all friends its reward you when you give some valuable contribution to forum.when you replied good topic and your comments appreciate by users then get more rewards.whenever you right one line or more line it should be related to the topic mostly. its one essential thing avoid for warning to cut off your rewards.try to reply good topic and comments original not copied from others write ups.
