Shaniqua Posted November 13, 2017 #1 Posted November 13, 2017 I thought it was a glitch and probably complained to support team about the system doing something out i did not understand..... It took a few times of me busting my whole balance 10 mbtc worth a couple times without realizing what happened because it happened so fast, exponentially my wager got bigger and bigger in a couple of rolls and before i knew it i had not enough balance notification come up... So frustrating it was especially not knowing why it happened... convincing myself the system is bugging out on me... Then one time i realized after i busted that the increase on loss button/checkmark was clicked and noticed by default it is set to 100% both for win and loss amounts.... (increase on loss was checked for my cases) I had accidentally clicked the button to activate the feature somehow.... wow i was upset, but relieved in a way cause i understood what had happened the past few times i busted.. I think this is totally unacceptable, i checked in prime-dice page and it very conveniently is set to the default % to be 0 . This is how it should be.. If someone were to accidentally turn the feature on, they will not be affected by the accident/feature being enabled, due to it is set at 0%by default, so regardless if clicked, no difference will be made to wager amount. After thinking of the whole thing from the perspective just described, its only logical to change it to 0% instead of 100% default number. Makes me wonder if PD was once 100% default as well, then something happened, or someone like me had very upsetting experiences and suggested the change? If the history on the PD %age is known and if it was changed later after launch, im curious to know just cause im curious, im also curious who else has had a horrible bust experience like me, or even a crazy win experience due to the accidental click? Also feedback from admins/devs would be appreciated on what they think about this suggestion. thanks for reading.. Shaniqua Out!
Olatz24 Posted November 14, 2017 #2 Posted November 14, 2017 Yeah I think 0% default is better. It confuses most of the player.
Moderator maverick528 Posted November 14, 2017 Moderator #3 Posted November 14, 2017 I like your idea. Because sooner or later we all make mistakes, and maybe click there not wanting to. So using 0% as a default value is another layer of protection against user mistakes.
Dan Posted November 14, 2017 #4 Posted November 14, 2017 I have informed the development team and they will have this fixed with next update.
neoooo Posted November 14, 2017 #5 Posted November 14, 2017 Agree , i busted once because of it. it make sense to be 0% as a default value .
remember Posted November 14, 2017 #6 Posted November 14, 2017 feelbadman, better luck next time bro . they will fix them soon.
Kargai Posted November 15, 2017 #7 Posted November 15, 2017 Seem that the issue is now fixed Thanks to the Dev Team for doing it quickly

Hey Dan, the next maintenance already passed and still no change in the numbers =/ Im not sure if maintenance is the same as update, but i just wanted to give this thread a bump since its been a while imo since we last talked about this and sadly i made the same click error and busted again by doing this on accident. Can you give me an update on this if its in the works or not? On 11/15/2017 at 2:06 PM, Dan said: This has now been resolved. Mine still is 100% on default =/

Well, you should actually pay more attention maybe? I understand you falling for this once or twice, but you said many times and you're still not looking at the multiplier before hitting start?... Anyway, for me, it was fixed and is on 0% all the time whenever I restart the page and click on it... Maybe try clearing the cache of your browser.

It was changed a while back, but was reverted recently.
