Kate Posted July 24, 2019 #1 Posted July 24, 2019 Withdrawal we all know this and is prerty quite rare for most of the people in stake but still people do withdraw their money to their wallets. Sometimes when we are tired and withdraw we sometimes might put in a random letter on the address and withdraw and bam there goes your all hard earned money with one shot. And is quite sad since you might have had patience to collect that much money. So what i am trying to say is why not stake add a confirmation via email type thing for withdrawal with the bitcoin address kept in BOLD and huge letters. What do you guys think ? Should this be a considred feature for the next update ? Or nah ?
hillowner45 Posted July 24, 2019 #2 Posted July 24, 2019 This is a great suggestion or at the very least a second confirmation screen that double checks that you've put in the right address. I have never put in a wrong address but it would be nice to have the peace of mind. Hopefully one of the developers will see this thread and implement it in the next update!
barbaris Posted July 24, 2019 #3 Posted July 24, 2019 The more security means for withdrawing your funds the better. I have often heard from users that there is a virus that changes your wallet address to address scammer when trying to withdraw funds. So such security measures will only be positive.

I have never had my account hacked or any issue with this but I think it is a great security measure in place and I don’t see any reason not to add it.
williamshennie9 Posted July 24, 2019 #5 Posted July 24, 2019 Yes, I think this is a must, but only for those people who do not have two factor authentication enabled. With the 2 factor code, it is just as good as an email confirmation in my opinion
Eugene265 Posted July 24, 2019 #6 Posted July 24, 2019 Well, surely it will make withdrawals safier and your funds as well. But it can become so annoying. So I think there should be function to enable/disable it.
Ali saher Posted July 24, 2019 #7 Posted July 24, 2019 Yes I think this is a good thing sometimes we not we not see properly adress and withdraw coins but if confirmation email start I thing support team some problems face when anyone withdraw and maybe some time we received email some late so all people distrub support team why not we received email
artizykristy Posted July 24, 2019 #8 Posted July 24, 2019 I think this will make withdrawal more difficult, do you know that lately every time the withdraw vault email sent is often stuck even I have to try 2x to get an email that can withdraw my vault funds. but this is also a good idea in terms of security because we can chack whether the address we entered is correct or not.
niki014 Posted July 24, 2019 #9 Posted July 24, 2019 i think this would be useless the email confirmation for withdraw but i think it ll be awesome if we could add address and save them so we can cashout with just one click without having to copy paste them and if they add something like that it would be cool if they also add names like you can name the addresses so u know which one for where is for example address to blockchain u name it blockchain and save it and it ll always be there then address for coinbase u save it name it and it stays there xd
HighDamage Posted July 24, 2019 #10 Posted July 24, 2019 in my opinion, if there is no Email confirmation when withdrawing funds from Vault. It's very insecure (even though the Vault serves to secure funds placed in Vault from hackers and others) It's the same when you want to withdraw funds to your wallet. It would be very unfortunate if the funds that you have are not properly maintained in Vault + can be taken over by anyone and lose the funds. I agree if there is an email confirmation to make a withdrawal
antonyzen2525 Posted July 24, 2019 #11 Posted July 24, 2019 I thank God that this never happened to me, I don't even know what I would do ..

Whenever you sign up for a website you usually have the put either your email twice or your password twice for verification that you know the information put in, i know it would be a hassle but make it so you have to type the second confirmation out instead of being to copy and paste it, it makes the person more aware and can check without any hassle of losing their well earned crypto
cukup2 Posted July 24, 2019 #13 Posted July 24, 2019 good input maybe this is like when we withdraw funds from vault then we need to confirm email, maybe in the future it will be done in the stake or not I don't know but in my opinion this is good because besides we do security with our 2fa too needing confirmation from the email further adds to the security of our balance in the wallet. but this kind of thing for some people will make them complicated because they have to go back and forth from the web to email.

I heard stories that somebody got their balance withdrawn 😮 after winning big. This is not good.
Aazzah Posted July 24, 2019 #16 Posted July 24, 2019 Hey there kate! I honestly do kind of agree with this idea. Because of the amount of scandals that are going around currently. It would also add a ton more privacy and also a lot more security within your account. I do think this is a brilliant idea. Not only will it be adding more security... It will also help out if you put the wrong amount into the withdraw section. Because I reckon that they should add a cancel button in the email they would send you too ;D But yeah, that is actually a good idea I hope the owners will take this into account and they will hopefully add this very soon. Have a good day guys
lupandina Posted July 24, 2019 #17 Posted July 24, 2019 I would really support that. There's never too much of safety in crypto world, and especially - in crypto gambling world

rajamishra Posted July 24, 2019 #19 Posted July 24, 2019 hello friends its not good idea but some validation for ask twice your wallet id before put 2fa code then may be some error correction made stop mistake.its also happen most of time mail hit mailbox not fix time always.you waited for a long time to check mails and conforma to transfer to wallet.better to add validation before enter 2fa ask again validate wallet id twice.

I withdraw everyday and I agree with this 100% it should be a feature like to take it from the vault, would be sooo better, like if you had the same account as you take it from the vault would be perfect.
bajigur Posted July 24, 2019 #21 Posted July 24, 2019 for me to use 2fa to be able to make a withdrawal it is quite safe no need to add a confirmation from the e-mail, but if it really is very petrifying for the players who save a lot of balance at the stake maybe I will follow what the web commands.
htetaungxx Posted July 24, 2019 #22 Posted July 24, 2019 Email confirmation for withdrawal is really need for us. stake should add this feture as soon as possible. 2fa and email confirm both are use for withrawl.
kaleemmalik071 Posted July 25, 2019 #23 Posted July 25, 2019 well dude it is a good suggestion topic . My vote is +1 for this suggestion . Getting withdrawal email for confirmation is also god for security reason too. It will help users to do a perfect withdraw in secure way
thunes49 Posted July 25, 2019 #24 Posted July 25, 2019 If it's something we'd have to opt in for the sure why not. I haven't had any problems but if that helps ppl then of course it's a good suggestion. Any way to protect our money is good
Kippo Posted July 25, 2019 #25 Posted July 25, 2019 Yep that’s kind of verification method should be added for extra safe guard. But not necessarily, you should set up all i cloud . Google play store. You can erase everything on phone when your phone is stolen
