djonox Posted August 6, 2019 #1 Posted August 6, 2019 Hello everyone I wanted to know what are your techniques of management of bankroll and balance in positive or negative For me in positive when I deposit about $ 10 and that I reach a goal I do not withdraw all I just keep the $ 10 that I deposited and continue to play until it goes back to another whitdraw or the total loss of that $ 10 In negative I deposit half less than the amount I have for the positive is $ 5 and if I lose I calm down for a few days without playing to regain my mind for the next session,
SLFJ Posted August 6, 2019 #2 Posted August 6, 2019 So this theme has been touched a lot of tikes and some would say play risky to get paid off better, but if you actually want to get safer but slower profit, then you pick 0.1%-0.5% of your whole balance Id say. Kind Regards, slfj.
cukup2 Posted August 6, 2019 #3 Posted August 6, 2019 I have not been able to do balance management because I still like to forget the time when playing gambling, maybe I prefer to do a bankroll because when I do that I am very happy, so I am more concerned with bankroll than balance
barbaris Posted August 6, 2019 #4 Posted August 6, 2019 I prefer not to manage my bankroll. I just play while I have balance. I do not like trying to win back something, because this leads to even greater losses. Therefore, I am glad that I have at the moment and every day I start from the beginning, sometimes risking or playing with small bets.
williamshennie9 Posted August 8, 2019 #5 Posted August 8, 2019 I tend to view my bankroll management as percentages. By that I mean that regardless of my balance, I wager 5% of it per day, and I don't allow myself to lose more than 5% per day.

That is a pretty strict bankroll management strategy, and I don't mean that in a bad way. Do you stop if you profit a certain percentage per day as well, or are the winnings uncapped?
Etude Posted August 8, 2019 #7 Posted August 8, 2019 It really depends on your current bankroll that you are using to gamble at the moment. I would advice that you use roughly at most 5% at max as a basebet size of your overall existing bankroll as a ground rule.
allisonn Posted August 8, 2019 #8 Posted August 8, 2019 While bankroll management is great and all that, if you can't smile after throwing away your entire bankroll on a single bet, you are gambling money you can't afford to lose. Never forget that gambling is inherently risky. That's the price we pay for fun and entertainment and free money sometimes.

I would suggest setting a target, and then when you reach that target, withdraw 80% to 90% of the winnings (or put it in the vault) and then gamble with the last 20%.

Yeah, I always set a target for myself as far as what profit I'd like to reach. I was just curious about whether you set a certain goal percentage wise. Since you only allow yourself a 5% loss per day, do you generally shoot for 10% profit or so or more?
Ali saher Posted August 8, 2019 #11 Posted August 8, 2019 Yes I always set a target before playing when I make a deposit 100 USD then I set my goal I make this amount dubble if I make this 100 USD to 200 USD then I transfer 100 USD to my vault and take some brake and then again after some time playing same my 1st goal and when my deposit go up 10x then I withdraw 60 percent balance and 40 pecnt for playing and other way lossing I not stop my game even my balanc go to 0 I just set my limit winning not set limit to losing
frims13 Posted August 8, 2019 #12 Posted August 8, 2019 I also use the same method, works for me too, i guess people out there shld adopt it
wowa24 Posted August 8, 2019 #13 Posted August 8, 2019 1% per day from the balance, but I’m crazy and play 300% at 1000% per day ........ the balance jumps, but in the end it’s draining .... even in the casino you need a system, if you break it, then swallows you. man is so arranged that excitement bothers him ... he sees that his balance is growing, but in a moment he loses his temper

It depends on what you want. I gamble mostly for entertainment, so I don't have a winning limit where I stop playing. Sometimes if I make 10% I stop, sometimes 20% etc. But I just don't lose more than 5% in a gambling session.
Sped Posted August 9, 2019 #15 Posted August 9, 2019 Hello djonox, I feel like whenever I can I just deposit for entertainment and don't stop until I get a solid amount of money(always over 500$) I don't really play stake to make money I play stake to have a good time with all my friends. So when i win money it is really just a bonus for us. I really think that it is a fun site to play on, but I think playing to win money is a bad idea. Hope everyone has a great day
nattekut Posted August 9, 2019 #16 Posted August 9, 2019 yups everything falls or stands with a good money management. everyone has its own way of managing but I prefer to build slowly with small basebets that mostly are max 0.5% of my available balance per bet and skipping all martingale or similar strategies cause they just blow your account time after time
