I would like to summarize the restrictions and issues I have experienced regarding my Stake bonus account.

My bonus was reduced without a clear or sufficient explanation.

I was informed that the bonus restriction would last for 30 days.

However, even after the 30-day period had passed, my bonus amounts remained significantly reduced.

The bonus reduction appears to have continued beyond the stated period.

I have not received a clear explanation of why the restriction was extended or whether a new review was conducted.

I would like to know the exact criteria used to determine bonus eligibility and bonus reductions.

Please explain whether my account is currently under any bonus restrictions or monitoring.

If so, please specify:

the reason,

the start date,

the end date,

and the policy that authorizes the continued restriction.

If the original 30-day restriction has expired, I would like to understand why my bonus has not returned to its previous level.

I respectfully request a detailed review of my account and a clear explanation of the decision-making process regarding my bonus eligibility.

I was informed that the bonus restriction would last for 30 days. However, after that period had passed, my bonuses remained at approximately $2–5, instead of returning to their previous level.

Please explain:

why the restriction continued beyond the stated 30-day period,

whether my account is still subject to any bonus restriction,

and the exact criteria used to determine these bonus amounts.
