Please, I need a logical explanation for this.

 

I compared notes with another player who played the exact same games for the same amount, with the same wager volume, same VIP level, same deposit amount, and even the same historical bonus amounts (we intentionally matched everything). Yet, they are receiving more than 10 times what I get.
