How to buy when you need crypto currency in your country?

Guys let me hear how to buy when u need crypto currency in your country? 
As for me, When I need some currency I contect some people exchanger which I trust on facebook. As my country we can buy only like that and we don't know even name of these exchanger and they only work on facebook with fake name and fake photo. Sometime I got scam, because their rule is whatever I want to sell or buy I need to sent first and they only working with BTC and ETH only. Sometime they stop buy and sell when price is too much down or hight like yesterday. That's why I can't buy anytime what I want it  .
So how about you guys? let me hear please.

from where i live they banned crypto currencies, so if i need to buy or sell i will do my thing in the black markets, but the prices are high in black markets, i find many troubles especially when i want to buy, i need to find a trusted online dealer with a good price to buy ! so yeah buying bitcoin is not that easy here !

I don’t know in which country such problems with coin exchange. There is a special site "bestchange". He monitors the best courses every second and offers proven sites for exchange. I always use this exchanger.

Yah! bro, here also happen like that. That's why I can't trust some dealer in online and I work with people which I trust. But they didn't work everytime and sometime price is too hight to buy it. And I need to pay all of transation fees such as both of sent form me and sent form them, and also money transations fees.

Thanks for your suggession. But I need to exchange with our country currency, it's called (kyats) and must working with our banks. We can't use USD or other country currency also.

Yah, as for my country need to know about what is cryptocurrrency, They don't really know about anything of it even gorvernment.

I have no problems buying cryptocurrencies at all. Any directions and any currencies without problems and without fraud. On the Internet, a lot of legal exchangers that offer their services.
