My reasons why you should gamble smaller/for fun only.

I feel like a lot of users share a common misconception that gambling is looked at as a way to make money. I think the right way to look at it is as a way to have fun and possibly win some extra money while doing so.

I don't like to gamble for profit because it makes me greedy and it makes it harder to take losses the way I should.

Reason#1: Gambling is just what it (should) sounds like, a hobby. Very few people have made careers out of gambling and it definitely isn't the type of gambling we do, playing non-sense games (with the exception of a few) and hoping for crazy multipliers.

Reason#2: Spending lots of money on gambling can lead to desperate measures to fund your gambling or possibly ruining your life in different ways. I know too many people who have gone down bad paths whether it be stealing from family/friends/work, participating in fraudulent activities such as using/selling stolen credit cards.

Reason#3: It's so much easier to just have fun when your balance is only a few bucks. Now, smaller balance can be relative, for those with more disposable income, smaller could mean 0.01 BTC, for many it means 0.001 BTC or less. I think whatever your position is, if you gamble with a super small amount relative to what you can afford, You will find it easier to enjoy the gambling sessions.

I just listed a few but I think everyone who gives this a read will get the point, gambling is a hobby, not a job, not a get rich quick scheme. It's meant to be fun from the players perspective. Losing isn't fun, yes, But if you at the very least, have a few nice hits. It can be fun even though you lost $10 or so.

I gamble with small amounts but always work hard to build my balance up to turn them into large balance. It's really hard but when this is achieved then it gives a lot of satisfaction. Additionally it gives a lot of experience with games because it can teach you how to properly manage balance then gambling with larger amounts is easier.

played little I find the challenge of grind with small bet is more fun than played big and lose without being amused you have to be aware that gambling these dde lost money and that these just for fun

I generally start with smaller amounts as well and try to build them up.  To me it is more fun and challenging this way.  Too many people think they can come here and win big right off the bat without really understanding how the games work and it can end in disaster quickly.

I don’t know who believes that gambling is the way of earning money .... I think it’s obvious that it’s not money. It’s possible that someone who streams a casino on YouTube with his referral program earns, then with a large number of referrals he will earn money, or if he is a partner of the casino ... otherwise it’s just a game and no more

Right. There is also a feeling of accomplishment when you make something big from a small amount though it may take some time reaching that certain point or goal.

I think this is some great advice... and don’t look down at those smaller sums as well because if you’re very lucky it’s totally possible to make some big wins once in a blue moon - no harm done there!

However, I’ve also heard comments like “Don’t gamble with amounts that are too small” > effectively giving you a false sense of achievement and not really making anything in the end!

That is very true.  I find that I feel like I have accomplished more when I turn a small amount into a big amount with patience and calculated risks.

Well, when I enter a casino, I don't even hope to win, if I win that's great, I managed to do something nice and turned a few xrp to like 20, that's nice when it happens, but it's very rare.

As for me in there day, really hard to bet with small amount and hunts huge multiplier. That's why I like to bet with risk for these day. Anyhow I need to learn about gambling too much and need to control myself. Anyway huge bet and risky for me is really funny for others people. Really is small amount but it's huge for me to fun sometimes. :)

gradually after a time the bet amount will certainly increase many times. Before, I used to have the same thoughts as you. But you lose a lot and you need to do everything to recover your capital. Only a lot of money betting helps you get back all

Not necessarily, as I have recovered big amounts with smaller, smarter bets and by grinding a smaller balance over time into a bigger one.  Too many big bets to try to recover quickly rarely ends well...

On paper this is certainly a good advice, but for people who spend most of their days at Stake so far especially the regulars are definitely either wanting to make a profit or at least recover their losses so that makes it less of a entertainment but more like on a mission. 😛

I agree to your statement, gambling is not a place to make money, although here sometimes we get the winnings, but the percentage of gambler wins is not as much as the casino winnings. and gambling is not a place for us to get rich, although there are some people who get rich because of gambling, but we can compare how many gamblers get rich and how many gamblers go bankrupt. and play with a small balance and increase it, and make this game to fill your free time. make gambling for fun, so even when you lose, you don't lose a lot and you're entertained because you're just looking for fun

you have a point sir, i think you are very correct with this post, coz lot of people are losing their minds becoz of losing alot on gambling, coz they are taking gambling seriouly when it should be just past time, only doing it on our leisure not a career or profession, then we can avoid losing money if we dont take gambling seriously. right?
