There is a theory floating around that I would like peoples' opinions on.

Have you ever witnessed someone win a very large amount of money, yet they didn't show any signs of happiness that they did? Apparently those people are out there, and it is said that those people are more than likely gambling addicts.

They see winning as a distraction from the play itself and are rather annoyed by the distraction.

I can see the logic in that. Does that make any sense to you?

No, when you don't show the happiness, but you are happy that doesn't mean you're a gambling addict, fr, everyone gets happy when they win big, don't they?

Kind regards,

The best thing for you to do is set yourself a limit and a goal.

For example, you might deposit $10 and have a goal of reaching $100. This might not  be the large multiplier that you would have wanted, but it is possible and realistic.

I once saw a guy go from $30 to $30000, with him losing it all in the end, because he was addicted. I feel bad for people like this because I know how much that money could have changed his life. :(

Yeah I guess I would actually admit that I am quite the gambling addict as I do not seem to find any stopping point in  gambling winnings but just want to continue enjoy the thrill of gambling itself. 😛

Perhaps they are already used to winning such amounts .... remember yourself when you win such a sum that for you does not give the same emotions, I think the same with them. Such people have no purpose in the casino ... they just play and play

heh.. the dizzying peaks, and sorrowful lows. i realised today i gotta get over my love of thanos -- and that's not an avengers reference xD -- the urge to self-destruct, and revel in it is rather interesting, but oh boy, so tiresome after due time.. lol. i'm not a gambling addict, anyway, i have a gambling problem.. the problem is i'm not winning. xD

The best sign of a gambling addict is someone that is depositing way too much in to gambling, and/or they can't stop gambling.

For example, if someone deposits $100 every day and they lose it all, and you know that they can't afford to lose it, this is a gambling addiction.

Also, if someone goes from $30 to $30k, which I have seen before, and they didn't cashout, this is a gambling addiction.

I found online some help to stay calm if you have an urge to gamble, Try the following:

- Relax and focus on staying calm.

- Take some deep breaths to slow yourself down and refocus on what you can do now.

- Try to distract yourself with an activity to keep calm, such as a shower or a bath

I have never found anyone like that, I think everyone will be happy if you win and get profit. especially if you can draw it, of course happiness for the players. I just feel weird if someone wins and makes a profit, but he doesn't feel happy

Win a large amount of money and still not happy? I think yes that is a gambling addict BUT i think it will only happen to rich people who have so much money and only go to gambling for entertainment and fun. People who poor and addicted to gambling will surely happy if they win big lol.

Hello,

I saw a lot of people win like thousand dollars, but they are like "yes, okay, give me more?" uhhh... Even when I win 10€ I'm really excited.. I think it's a question of proportion, I bet low, so win low and I'm happy, they bet big, win sometimes big but it's not that huge for them.

With regards, Kinou.

Haven't seen anyone like that. I have seen many HR winning a lot. But they never comes to chat and never share anything with others. So there is no way to know if they are happy or not. But being happy and unhappy doesn't certificate a addicted gambler.

Of course, I agree with you that you need to keep yourself in relation to please the gain. This may result in the loss of all funds. But I get hold of emotions turns out to be done retko.

They might not look happy because they still suffered a loss before even though he won big may not have covered all the losses he suffered before.

I think if the gambling addict is never satisfied even though he won a game with a large profit because the gambling addicts are always greedy and always want more in my opinion
