Being greedy and not maintaining a bankroll

There's that feeling that comes with winning a huge amount that makes a player want to continue wagering huge amounts. This isn't advisable at all because chances are that strings of losses result. What does it mean when it is said that a player has to learn to stick to a bankroll? Was it easy for you at any point? I still struggle with discipline (at times) to date!

playing with a big bet that only makes you broken, even though you have a big balance, it does not guarantee you will win, play with ease, control yourself, then you can control the game

purely psychology ... a person thinks to himself if I won at small rates and was able to raise balance, then why not do it at a high rate and then loses weight. STake plays differently at high stakes, I noticed this .. and in general the attitude to the game changes, the person starts to get nervous, because it’s a big sum to the con and does the wrong thing

I was playing small bet to hunt hight payout before these thays, it's pretty work on me. But now a day is really hard to hunt hight payout multipliper. So I was betting big amount and playing with risky. Honstly that's is not too good for long run, and usually I gonna rage out and going to busted alot sometimes. Really is we should need to control ourself during betting is most inportant in stake I think.

I definitely know that feeling. One time when I won 4.9m sats from 75k sats, I began betting 0.003 every bet. Which for me is a lot, I was all the way down to 0.009 and i lowered my bet to 75k sats, from there I recovered quite a bit!

the mind of player only wants to win, and sometime we're being busted because we really want to win, we didn't notice that greediness is controlling our fingers which result to be busted. we have our own logic and reasoning, but the game has its own logic that will give us the  chance to win or loose. figures shows click here and there and its up to the game onwards. we only have deposits but its up to the game if it will progress favor to us players.

there's a lot of bla bla that i have said, my point is self control gamblingmate see yah.

thanks/

yes that is right, if you win big time, much better to play safe , so that it wont turn into negative outcome, sometimes being greedy makes us regret in the end,

I wish there was an easier way to manage limits like stopping all bets upon reaching a certain % of your bankroll so when winning, we can continue playing and trying to win more but won't fall prey to the 'one last bet' syndrome, eventually busting the entire balance.

It's nice to actually have such a feature as I haven't seen it anywhere, and doing it manually (calculating almost all the time) is way too much trouble.

I mean...

It kinda depends on the personality of the person and if he's greedy or he isn't, even people with great personalities go greedy and lose much so it's probablyb their own fault for doing this and maintaining the bankroll like this.

Kind regards,

slfj.

The key is that we have to try to contain our greed when we get on a good lucky run.  Sticking to a plan/goal and playing with good bankroll management and discipline are big when it comes to maintaining a balance, especially after nice wins.

I never prefer big bankroll.
but sometime it really difficult to make good profit from rains amount.
Even i m not able to accumulate rain.

From last few day from day when i busted my 25k doges on 16th of August,

Everyday start with 0.
Then up around 2-3k doges.
and
End with 0.
(Around 10k doges loss in 5-6 days)

I make plan but greed want profit over planned and that result in bust.

it is a difficult thing for me to do and I am also still trying to always stay playing using bankroll but until now when my balance has started to increase my bad habits can not hold to play according to bankroll

I would say that you should only gamble with 1-10% of your bank roll.

Sometimes, you can just have bad days where you don't make any money and you have the urge to go all in.

Imagine if you had a bank roll of $1000. What I would do, is say that you are going to put in $10 for a session and your goal was $50-$100. As this is only a small percentage of your bank roll, you can afford to lose it.

I see people that only have $100 wallets and they wager everything with it. This is how the house usually win the money from their users.

Small wagers are also good for the mind. Going all in with $500 isn't healthy if you can't afford to lose it.

everyone has their opinion ofc.. but really there nothing  a player that cant do anything what another player do.. yes we see players doing outrageous bets.. and we try to advise them what to do.. we cant control it is just the way we are.. we forget that's aren't our money that is theirs... and they can do anything they want to do with it..

yeah i agree that this is sign of greedyness, know when to stop, not stop when we have nothing left. i always happen to me, so my advice is not to follow what i am doing.

Well I always want to try to make much more profit even when I have a decently large bankroll already which can allow me to try multiple of ways to make profit using low basebet and high multiplier but I seem to often fall to the trap of rushing to make quick profits with large basebets that often ends in shambles.

I can relate, but one of the best slot streamers I follow they are good about maintaining a bankroll, especially for playing slots. They will start with a balance and play till they bust or if they make $100+ in profit they will keep playing until they reach the nearest increment of one hundred. They will not go beyond that and withdraw immediately. They seem to have good restraint and because of that they maintain good profits on average from all the winnings even when they have their losing sessions.

Im not the type of player who maintain basebet all the time. I usually double or tripled basebet specially when i feel that the game is giving good multi. I am always hungry for big win :)

I completely agree and this is where planning comes in.  Going in with a big balance and being greedy thinking you will win big quickly is usually a bad move.  Playing with smaller portions of your bank roll and building slowly usually works much better.

Almost everyone bust because of it. I busted so many times while having a huge balance that I could just simply withdraw and be happy or keep it and play easy next time, but no way. When I reach big amounts I continue to play and then nothing happens, I don't win much and don't lose much so it feels like I'm stuck. This makes me to make higher bet amounts and take more risky approach and then I bust.
