So today is the day! It’s not that I haven’t said this many a time before so why is it different. It’s not. It’s just I know the control the casinos and slot machines have over me. Yesterday I went and bought myself some clothes something I haven’t done for a very long time. Admittedly it was after a win but I chose not to put it back through the machines. I know the damage that this causes the depression the heartache and the very few highs. So today is the day I’ve made a promise to myself and God Even though I’m not particularly religious.

Very good. Keep yourself in the control and don't put everything you win back to gambling because you should know it by now that this never ends up well. Just take the winnings home and then you are a true winner even if it's not much.

if you have won a bet, then make a withdrawal even if you win only a few. go home, rest later .. tomorrow is waiting for you ... next day, before you bet, it would be nice if you make your target be it a target of victory or defeat target .. do not be carried away by emotions when betting because it will destroy yourself ..
if you still have a debt ... settle that debt first so that your life is comfortable and peaceful ...

thx guys i was hoping that this will be for good and permanent , i want my life to chnage and i beleieve that i need to start today and only person who can help me is my self, and with support of you and family and freinds and some advice i get from here and web, i just need to follow everybody. since i no longer have control i want people who truly care for me to control me by following their advice, thx so much

good idea. buy something with your winnings. don't bring the winning money back to gambling, if it needs to be done, do it, but only part of your profits, not all of it. Good luck to you always
