iamsheikhadil Posted September 17, 2019 #1 Posted September 17, 2019 There's an international day for literally celebrating everything. And I think there should be a day to tribute those gamblers who have won huge amounts and also will be a day to mourn for those who has lost much. It can also be a day to promote "responsible gambling" and awareness of how to control it. It will really help to rescue those who are frowned upon just because of an addiction. What do you think?
sheenazbay Posted September 17, 2019 #3 Posted September 17, 2019 haha, what for? I don't think that's necessary, for what day is there a specialty for gamblers. I think that is very unnecessary, I better focus on playing rather than commemorating the day of the winning gambler and the losing gambler
wngo123 Posted September 18, 2019 #4 Posted September 18, 2019 No, international gambler day would actually promote gambling (which is illegal in many countries anyway so nobody would celebrate it). And I don't think gambler day would promote responsible gambling quite opposite it would promote gambling to people who are new to this thing and that could actually end up in more terrible gambling stories.

We already have days to celebrate everything, would be celebrated only by casinos around the world, day to grab promotions and events for their customers, I find it very cool if it favors customers.

Still, it would promote responsible gambling as well. People where gambling is illegal will not gamble in fear of the law only! A day can't change that fear 3 minutes ago, wyj1306 said: We already have days to celebrate everything, would be celebrated only by casinos around the world, day to grab promotions and events for their customers, I find it very cool if it favors customers. Exactly! It can be a day gamblers can wait for to recieve bonuses lol!
zulfandina Posted September 18, 2019 #8 Posted September 18, 2019 if a friend is experiencing destruction, it's best to be accompanied, given enthusiasm, not even abandoned ... and I don't think there is a term a gambler is loved because of the stakes, only because of addiction ...
