Hello, Again Stake Forum Community
I heard and I read some of forum topic that the requirement to become platinum is 250k USD wager but I think it's not
As of now I wager more than 100k USD but I'm still have 80.9% to become a Platinum
So I calculate it and I think more than 500k USD wager to become a Platinum VIP on stake
What do you think guys.? and what is your VIP status.?

It's $250k. I wagered $200k and then 5 more btc and was platinum. So i can vouch that it is $250k. Your math is off.

I already wagered more than 100k USD and I need 80.9% more to become platinum
if 250k USD the requirement to become platinum I'm on 50% or less because I wagered more than 100k USD

Lmao, it is 250k$, stop spreading lies ypu must have only wagered around 50k$ and not 100k$, because it would show 40% towards platinum and it's 20% which is half of 100k$.

Hey there! :)

You may have wagered that much based on the current coins prize, but you should bear in mind that the price of coins you wagered was taken at the time of wagering. This implies that the price was probably lower and therefore the lower wagered percentage.

If you are willing to, you could try hard refresh to see if the animation will show some higher percentage. It could be that it just didn't load properly on the front end. :)

If you perhaps have any additional questions, don't hesitate to ask us any time. ^_^

I agree with Katarina here.

You should refresh and check if your stats change.

Also Bitcoin was hovering at around $3500 a few months ago which is less than half the price of today's value.

So it is probably the reason for that. You should check the price as related to that price at time of wagering and not the current price bitcoin is at today :)

Well i don't know what is the axact amount requirement for platinum because my rank is still bronze. FYI, bitcoin price is decreasing since yesterday, so you need wager more.

I think for platinum vip you need 250k USD because this information give Eddie .

I think you calculated your wegar amount to USD but every time Btc price go up down so when you wegar this time what is coins price stake calculate this time and when you complete in stake calculation 250k USD then u became a vip platinum

Why so secret about the levels of wagering we need to reach for specific VIP level? I don't see a point. I thought stake encourage us to do work our way up because they earn money when we try to reach next levels, so why make it such secret?

If your VIP you get weekly rake back from Eddie via your wager in the week I think there is no point of calculating it because you know you yourself if you just keep wagering you will get it at least they put the VIP Progress so that you will not be feel cheated of yours wagered. how small or big your wagered is as long as the vip progress is moving you will get it.

to be honest for those just started on stake.. is a lot easier to get to the highest tier.. for some that has been longer hasnt even reach that high.. since the the value btc value is differ from back then..  really it doesnt really matter want tier is a person is. because of the perks...i played without it before there was any.. so that really doesnt make me more in wanting to become high tier,. probably the bonus a person gets from racing.. mega boost they call it.. still doesnt want me to wager that much.. still say a race is where everyone is evenly amount.. so ill take my time.. the tiers wont be gong anywhere, .

I didn't think of becoming VIP, even though I just joined stake and I became VIP bronze in just a few days. I am not here to be VIP, but to seek profit. I just want to play and play, and about VIP for me is just a bonus

I have asked the mods before and it is definitely $250k to reach platinum VIP. Maybe you’ve just done some miss calculations with your adding up and I would check it all again if I were you :D

is it $250k after you achieve gold?

or is it $250k for the entire account history.

That's a good question, but I think it's 250k in total, I hope at least.

Wow that's a lot for mere mortals like me heheh, I'm content to reach the silver myself, but maybe one day I'm not lucky here and also turn platinum 😁😁

Well, even if I might never be able to reach platinum, that seems to be a bit weird, I always knew it needs like $250k. Maybe you should complain to a support or Eddie about your problem. I also suggest you not trying to reach it by losing, just to wager, you might lose way more.

you'd be surprised with the right strategy how much you can wager... its not necessary to win in order to wager a lot, but it is important not to lose
get the balance right and you can wager significant amounts from a relatively small br.

In one of the races 2 weeks back I came 4th I think, my starting br was about 20 cents.
